JCR Offroad Skid Plate Prep

This is a short vid where I'm prepping the new skid plate for Black Betty's Crusader Stubby Bumper. I'm using mineral spirits to clean and rough the exterior before spraying the skid plate down with rustoleum.

What kind of pad are you using for the mineral spirits?

Its a metal prep pad, you could also use scotch bright. I got it at home depot
