I see the Cap Bandit has struck again!
0:16 - I can tell from that smirk that you're a Proud Papa. 😁And you should be. RIley's turning out to be quite a handsome fella.
1:05 - Wild grapes are edible, but a bit unpleasant if you're used to grapes from the grocery store. Tough bitter skin, meaty flesh, large seeds. However, they are great for making jelly, my grandmother used to do it every year, she had the purple variety. You can often pick out a whiff of grape scent in the breeze if there's a decent vine nearby, even if it's not currently bearing fruit you can still smell it. We had a vine of our own that was small, yet productive; unfortunately that cursed Oriental Bittersweet killed it off. It's been over ten years since, and we're STILL battling the Oriental Bittersweet.
Carolina Wrens in a previous video, and today I hear the distant call of a Phoebe. In the words of Tracy Byrd, "I'm from the country and I like it that way." Everybody might not know everybody, but there's something to be said for living in a heavily-wooded town of 3,400.
One time in my 15 year hvac career, I had a capacitor that was bulged out, I told the customer it was bad. I proceeded to show the customer (with my meter) that it was bad, guess what? It tested perfect! Wth!? It made a liar out of me! I convinced him to change it anyways because I figured it was going to be bad in the near future.
Im bad about losing my tools too. Im an electrician. Mainly commercial. Im always losing somethin. It seems to be happening more the older i get.
Nice Work. Riley looked like he was going to point at a Dove.
Hey Curtis I was in the military and we used to do something at the end of every job no matter what it’s called “ATAF” which stands for ALL TOOLS ACCOUNTED FOR every tool had a spot and the was an accounting for even the smallest tool that way you never lose anything and to this day it has helped me in mores ways than one make a list and you will see that you will never lose anything again
Toolboxes had cut-outs in the liners that matched the tool that belonged there. You could tell at a glance if it was missing. F-4D Phantom Phixer.
CH53 Sea Stallion USMC HMH 363 TUSTIN CALIFORNIA Fixer lol once our shop was there for 12hrs looking for a 1/4 6 inch extension
I turned wrenched on the F-4. I was an AMS-2 . I was on 3 West Pacs. VF-151 from 1967-1970 USS Coral Sea. @@joehead1294
amen to that, I was in army aviation, and that was one 1of our most important protocols, especially in the field.
@@fernandobazan829 Put it up in the air upside down and you can usually find that stuff. 😁
After turning power off check with your SC680 TO make sure
Ain't this the truth and I gotta start doing this more often because I admit I don't ever really do it. Just the other day, I turned the disconnect breaker off which actually turned the compressor and fan motor off and when I went to pull the connections off the capacitor, thing blew up right in front of me. Sure enough, disconnect was bypassed and I assumed there was no power just because both comp and fan turned off.
Don’t feel too bad about leaving things. I am certified master in the category! I’ve started using some of the Harbor Freight screwdrivers since they are cheap to replace. Wasn’t too surprised with the bad breaker. QO stands for quits outright! Good job on the fix
I like good quality tools, but am like you. I leave tools behind @ times. And when it comes to screwdrivers I buy Huskys. They are cheap and lifetime warranty
Good job. I would've gone ahead and checked the blower cap while I was at it. Doesn't look like it's been serviced in a while by anyone competent.
Great job Curtis 👍
Rheem and Ruud always have capacitors that are oddball
Curtis is so SMART he like EINSTEIN HIS MIND WORKS SO FAST, HE HASN'T GOT ANY TIME TO DO A TOOL CHECK ON EVER JOB.
This video’s pretty cool. Thanks for sharing
I see you have a Helicopter there😂😂
I get customers and do that all the time, but it don't bother me. If you're confident good at your job, there should never be a problem customer standing by.
This work has had 7.5k helicopters thus far.
I hate when people stand and look while im working atleast help.and get shocked
Damn right
Hey Curtis if there's a harbour freight in your part of country they got a good selection of screw drivers very cheap
Good job and well done Curtis, don't worry we all have our good n bad days 🙄 Au
Good job curtis
Thanks
I like tha dog!
Another nice job. Hay Reily.
Who in the hell would want an all electric water heater when you can have a bad ass natural gas tankless or a nice big 50-75 gallon natural gas tank or a hybrid? Makes sense sense to go electric on such items. Maybe one of the expensive Heat pump units, but not worth the money.
A cheap-ass landlord who wants the cheapest thing they can get and doesn't have to worry about paying to run it, that's who.
IDK but I certainly wouldn't want that fire hazard CO creation device shown in this video in any house I live in.
I know you Haye leaving tools at a previous job bc I definitely do! I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that! Haha!
Looked irritating, but you certainly plowed through it as usual; nice job. And Riley looks healthy, like he won't get taken from behind by some stray Georgia Bulldog.
my grammaw always called em somethin like scuplins. scuplin vines
If you split the capacitor heat load between a dual and a dedicated fan cap (and don't put them in a box) they will have a longer life.
Hi Riley!
Does Anyone Maintain their Property Anymore ? Common Sense is something you are or are Not Born with. Most people were Short Changed and Struggle. 🤪👎
👍👍👍
The run cap bandit strikes again
Some people caint see anything but their front door when they go into their house.
They have blinders on.
Hope you fixed the liquid tight connectors on the disconnect so water doesnt run into the condenser unit. Im sure you did but just dont show everything you do. Be safe out there use NCV on your meter everytime. Like clearing a firearm...never assume😁
FIX THE WHIP AND CONDUIT AT THE BREAKER PANEL !
Don’t you like those helicopters? They need to get you on UA-cam.
the power wiring was copper and breaker were aluminum, dissimilar metals require an anti oxidation paste to those connections
😊😊👍👍
Don't those vines get in your way?
