This review is for the Casio Mudmaster GWG 1000-1A1 and 1A3 from the G-Shock series of watches. These are the top of the line Mudmasters or G-Shock watches and are not cheap. The GG series of Mudmasters are more affordable but lack a few key features that you can only get in the more expensive model. While expensive, for a watch, I can highly recommend them.

Great video, I recently bought the GWG 1000-1A3ER with the green strap. Initially I was looking for the GWG-B1000 which is the newest one, with Bluetooth connection to smartphones. But in the meantime I find this older version on sale for about 400 usd, and I canceled the preorder for the new one. I was comparing the GWG 1000-1A3ER to the GWG 2000, but the legibility and the fully lumed markers are better on the GWG 1000.
I was looking at the 2000 series you too but, like you, I like the look and functionality of the older 1000 model. I've got 2 of them, that's how much I like them.
@@HayesTech That's nice, last year I only purchased the new mudman GW-9500 but with the positive display. The negative ones are very poor in terms of viewing angles. I also like the citizen promaster series, I have the skyhawk blue angels edition with atomic time keeping and solar movement for more then 10 years.

I didn't realize just how many other watches Casio had that were above the price of this watch. But they have several, including the latest Mudmaster GWG 2000 series. Again, I'm not sure I would go much more than what I paid for this watch, but I have to admit that those other watches, in that premium range, look very interesting... Lol...
Take a few readings of temp with watch off and watch on. Note the difference and just do the math. You dont need the watch off to do a good reading. Just need to do simple math
Yes, I know about basic math and this procedure. It's all about how much time I have to make one video and how much info I'll be adding into that video. Thank you though, and I will be sure to direct everyone to this comment, who would like to know the proper way to figure this out. Thanks again.
