@@LiquidConceptsUSA I am the customer, its perfect I'm thrilled. the helmets are beautiful, and the color is amazing and its very minimal and stark. its perfect, just what I asked for and better than I hoped for. its nicer than most indy nascar helmets. bryan is great. a real CF helmet is black and a fortune and has no color so this is ideal and the hydro CF is terrific and very bright also its so glossy with the clear coat, I love it
How did you do the gold stripe on it with the name as well? Was it done after the dip process? Did you tape it up and spray it on after and got letter stencils for the name?
I have so many questions... Whats the patterned sheet made of? Do you use regular spray paint underneath and for the clear coat? What do you spray in the water? Do you plug the holes on top?
With this process we use Hydrographic film (pva). We do recommend using automotive base paint after primer, and automotive clear coat. Aerosol can work but several are a single stage which is not good for this process. To activate the film we are using Hydrographic activator designed to work correctly with the film. You can view all of the products and such on our website as well. Also feel free to email us at info@liquidconcepts.com if we can help answer any other questions you may have. www.liquidconcepts.com
@@LiquidConceptsUSA can you do a video on stencils and how to do them before I did? I get alot of people asking for simple logos and I just don't know what to do.
Do you have to worry about getting the protective material inside the helmet wet?
Liked before watching, love your vids, your helping me out alot being a new business.
Thanks from england!
Appreciate it!
hope his name is Ausnit and not Austin
Yes his last name is Ausnit :)
Man had me worried for a minute there
I was thinking the same
They came out Awesome! I wish next time you would dip an entire helmet to compare and show why you dip half at a time
Next time!
😂 that illusive knife always hiding. Lol
How do you prep the helmet?
Do you Remo e the liner or seal the inner with tape to keep the water out.
Very beautifull works
Thank you so much 😊
cool dip! It would be fun to see when you give the items back to the customers (if they go along with it) and catch their reactions. Just a thought ;)
Was just about to post the exact same thing that would be awesome
Yes like this idea! Unfortunately several of these projects are mailed in so we don't get to be there for the final reveal :)

Candy Lack before or after dipping?
Do we need to change the film direction when doing the latter side

I wonder how an all Matt black dip would finish ?
Do you clear coat the dip BEFORE you paint it with the candy?
The candy is applied after it is dipped and then it is clear coated.
I’d like to see how you did his name. Stencil vinyl and a plotter?
Yes for the name we cut a stencil and use the versus of it to lay down to paint the lettering and then remove it.

How much would a helmet dip like this cost?
Pricing will vary and each of these were different in price. Range is $200-$350 in most cases
👍👍👍👍👍
"ausnit"?
Yes, his last name.
