Liverpool played with Henderson and Rhys, Fabinho and Phillips, Rhys and Philips for four games. Three academy players in a final. They still played a final and won. With children. Every body has injuries, that's,where good coaching comes in. As with Pep we are now seeing his deficiencies
@mustangx. Sure, top level british managers are lacking right now but there's several who could manage gameplay far more competently than how Ange does right now. Ange won trophies in Scotland with a team who always win trophies, not that impressive really...
Don’t get me wrong, Postecoglou’s insistence on attacking at all costs will mean he never wins a big prize at a truly elite level - there has to be some level of pragmatism and a flexible ‘Plan B’ if you’re to hang with the best of the best. However, Spurs as a whole club - fans included - will never win anything at any level until they shed the absolutely baffling “younger sibling” mentality that pervades every part of how they’re run/supported off the pitch and how they perform on it. Regardless of his tactical naivety, Ange has at least tried to change the perception of who Spurs are, but all he’s been met with is resistance from Levy in the transfer market (the world-leading new stadium should have been a launchpad to greater things, let Kane go/didn’t reinvest after losing him) and from the fans in their embarrassing celebration of mediocrity (actively wanting their side to miss out on Champions League football just so Arsenal didn’t win a title they were already unlikely to claim). Postecoglou will undoubtedly lose his job with zero winner’s medals around his neck, but we know full well it’ll be exactly the same for whoever comes along next. It’s the Spurs way.
Some of the wide of the mark pundit commentary is half the problem. Everyone buys into the media narrative as the big 'group think' that happens after a sour loss. But when they play well and score for fun, it's always...geez, the other team played so poor. Damned either way.
Andy, to your point about Ange... I'm telling you, it's because he says "mate" a lot and the media loves him. It sounds ridiculous but it's true - any other manager would have been on his bike by now. I don't think Ange is a bad manager, but he isn't doing a good job. His novelty wore off long ago.

He knows what he’s doing, he has his way. That doesn’t mean it will always work everywhere, but to say he’s naive is comical. For his way to succeed, he has to do it his way. His way doesn’t work in half measures. So, you ride the wave and find out, or give up. Two choices. There’s no let’s back Ange 50% but he has to do things differently… I know everyone is scared because they aren’t used to someone having the balls to try to make this work but he’s done it everywhere he’s been, he hasn’t always had the best team or squad, and he’s done it in australia where there is a salary cap so no teams can spend more than others. Anyone scoffing at his experience is just a snob. Yes it’s a different level, but he’s worked it out everywhere else, stop being scared and ride the wave for a few more years and see. No other manager spurs can attract would do any better.
Question, where would spurs be if they kept Kane?
In normal circumstances I'd have sympathy for Spurs fans. They are not terribly toxic like other underachiveing clubs like Everton etc..............but the fact they don't single out Levy at the top of their lungs........and blame him for their clubs problems makes me lose that sympathy.
Many of us do. The fan base is very anti-Levy and are quickly getting sick of Ange's sh*t as well.
@@subculture2006 Most of us are Levy in....
Tottenham fans are the worst
No wonder they haven't won in over 60 years
Hope Ange does go
He deserves to be at a better club
I think there´s a fractured relationship between fans and clubs, mainly because of the media, the changing game and money.
ang its who we are mate 🤣🤣🤣
Directed at the negative Nancy fans no doubt.
Jumping the shark on these takes
Ange is loosing the plot.
He does seem incredibly unhappy in england. You should have seen him In glasgow. Constantly out and about talking to fans, laughing and joking. Really upbeat. He wants out quick and it's not for the football
It's the same as klopps first season or 2, difference is klopp realised what needed to change, will noclue ?
In defence of Ange, everyone hates spurs fans... even spurs fans.
There was a poll that had 89% of spurs fans Ange in. The fans are still singing his name. Benty clueless again.
Oh wow. A poll. That just proves everything
Why should we be positive if we get knocked out of the cups?
@@ezra_13777 Wow your opinion is a poll of one.
We as spurs fan love him...the sensible ones tho. We understand what hes going through right now
Do a poll of the fans in the stadium.
Liverpool, Newcastle and Spurs are best to watch at the moment.
I was not impressed with the Chelsea 4-1 loss, I thought Anges tactics were shocking
4-1?
Me too. Losing by 4 at home to your rivals and fans were clapping
Somebody tell him
Once you got speedy midfielders , spurs becomes a walkover
Bent thinking that there is no thought to defending when the ball was cleared is dumb. Spurs had three players there, and Dragusin should have won that ball. But he didn’t. Brilliant attacking from Liverpool led to that goal after we lost that header.
Deluded is the word you were looking for.

Ange is arrogant and very stubborn and has got to go. From approximately the Christmas period of last season we were losing games wholesale which eventually cost us a top 4 place, and we were losing those games with a far stronger side than we have at present. It's not our missing stars that's to blame for our poor form it's his suicidal tactics and we're only heading in one direction under this bufoon.
Yep....Ange better away...Madrid Bayern Inter...away from defence pussy wimps....He keeps goin...Park the bus.....couldn't gave won Against Liverpool anyway....Ange...get away......When 40%against....Ange..YA 2 Good
Yes!!
his tactics worked in scotland hence why he wont change cos they have better players ???
Ange in trust the process
We not getting bored of our team we just getting bored of people talking about how we play, what you guys don’t understand the team not the finished article yet, it’s a process and this will a part of it. Fans are singing his name I don’t know where talksport get this narrative.
How spurs stay up season after season is a miracle in itself. I think spurs fans are content with just being a thorn in the side of top clubs and arsenal
@@multipl3 How on earth is it a miracle? They're nowhere near bad enough to get relegated.
@ it’s a miracle you’re considered a top 6 club that wins nothing but never threatens relegation. It’s quite the achievement
@multipl3 In your first comment you say it's a miracle that Spurs stay up season after season. In your next comment you say Spurs never threaten relegation. Which one is it?
@@dylanlingham7296 that’s the miracle. They should be finishing at least 15th every season. Most uninspiring shower of shite in the premier league
This coming from an Arsenal fan is hypocritical, guarantee 30% of Gooners still want Arteta out
big chunk of fan base sabotaging their own team for 12 months,
taking zero responsibility for the poor atmosphere they create,
couldn't name more than 3-4 players they like,
they are critics of spurs and use spurs as a punching bag for their frustrations
results lately have mirrored that inconsistency of support, lack of adaptability and stubbornness of a fan ban base
that want to see exactly the same type of football they used to that didn't work but magically vastly different results
the only humans in a spurs kit they support are not the manager, the players or chairman but themselves,
they pay good money to slag off their club, corporate critics
He's not alone 😅
So did Liverpool defeat Liverpool? The headline says that
One day he will will have a bust up with the media
Love Spurs from South Africa
If I were signing players for and checked to see if they supported Arsenal I wouldn't even sign them
By the way, spurs would have lost to city, not won 4-0, if they sat back at 2-0.
Ange is getting frustrated that people are twigging the fact that he is clueless.
Unai Emery hated Arsenal fans now what
Do the players want him?
Bent, just hates Liverpool and sees Ange as a super agent working against the horrible entitled Arsenal.... Embarrassing
Totally disagree with everything you say. Is Pep getting asked the same questions??
Lets say how trash 🗑 Tottenham are. How they have conceded 9 goals in two games but lets not mention the goalkeeper Vicario is out injured, cb world cup winner Romero is out injured, cb van de ven out injured, lb ben davies who was covering at cb out injured. Tottenham are using 18 year old archie gray whos a midfielder at cb. Great "journalism"
They literally discussed all of that. Did you watch the video or just read a headline?
Liverpool played with Henderson and Rhys, Fabinho and Phillips, Rhys and Philips for four games. Three academy players in a final. They still played a final and won. With children. Every body has injuries, that's,where good coaching comes in. As with Pep we are now seeing his deficiencies
Ange is the best.
You wonder why British managers are few and far between? Because brits are dinosaurs and in the dark ages.
They are Spurs
They won't be winning the league, and they won't be relegated.
Just let them play entertaining football and enjoy it for the spectacle.
He wins something in hes 2nd season and he becomes a overnight legend if not he gets sacked and gets a few million pounds ITS A NO LOSE SITUATION !!
In answer to your question. The owners.
Oh come on. There are plenty of Tottenham fans who are behind Ange - does he 'hate' them too? What a load of old rubbish.
How's utd an arsenal doing win nothing 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
says Andy the Man U fan with his non-banter club. Man U is just a bigger Spurs with trophies.
These naive pundits look soooooo ignorant.
Some of the wide of the mark pundit commentary is half the problem. Everyone buys into the media narrative as the big 'group think' that happens after a sour loss. But when they play well and score for fun, it's always...geez, the other team played so poor. Damned either way.
It's who we are mate. 😅😅😅😅😅😅🤡🤡🤡🤡
Slow down Andy,, i cant make out what you are saying mate?
Of course he hates the Spurs fans - he is a winner, whereas the twobyfours celebrate mediocrity.
Spurs remind me of bielsa's Leeds united side. Entertaining to watch but no defence at all 😂
Andy, to your point about Ange... I'm telling you, it's because he says "mate" a lot and the media loves him. It sounds ridiculous but it's true - any other manager would have been on his bike by now. I don't think Ange is a bad manager, but he isn't doing a good job. His novelty wore off long ago.
Should a defended against the Pool....Sure..woulda lost anyway
Say that when we have a fully fit and deeper squad. The results will be awesome. Spurs can beat ANYONE on those days.
Darren Bent wants 4 defenders and 2 DM in a shape behind the play to cover the transition? WTF is that tactically
Normal tactics... You have to have different ways of playing different teams. Even in each game you should have planned phases. When to defend, when to attack. This isn't Sunday league. It's elite football.
That’s a 4-2-3-1. Exactly what Arne slot implemented yesterday to destroy Tottenham
🤔 You ok, mate? You do know how football works, right?... Right...? 🙄😒

Firstly, Klopp was never suicidally open on purpose. Secondly, Klopp very much did adapt and change and only *then* did we finally win.

He hates getting asked the same questions over and over.
Let me ask these 2 clowns. Do you really think Spurs current squad would of beaten Liverpool squad despite the tactics, on paper?
Squads don't play on paper though. Tactics make all the difference. That's why, for example, forest have made such a strong start. On paper they're certainly not the fourth strongest team but good game management has helped them massively
