Hi Hannah, this is the first video of yours I watched and loved it immediately! You’re super relatable and I feel so much better about my own marathon training haha. It looks a little like you might have a wavy or curly hair texture maybe that’s the issue with the frizzy hair after blow drying. I recommend trying a diffuser and maybe some hair cream for moisture before drying ✨
If you are willing would you talk more about your relationship with food and how it changed with running. Also could you show more with how you fuel your runs and what you eat typically in a day.
I think your hair does that because it’s naturally wavy! Mine puffs out if I blow dry it too x
Hi Hannah - I struggle with dry skin round my eyes in winter too. I found that using aquaphor healing ointment helps alot. It's like a thicker vaseline and seems to stay on through sweating. I put it on top of all my other moisturiser just before heading out. I got it off amazon- you may find it useful 😊

omg this is so funny when you are talking about the treadmill. i hate it too and idk why I run so slow!
It’s the WORST😂
I lasted 2km on the treadmill last time (I was gonna do 6,5km). 😂 eventually I put it on an 8:30 pace and it STILL felt like running sub 6. 😭 I got so angry I stopped altogether. 😂
The treadmill just messes with our minds!!!🥲
