      Just space out which muscles you work correctly, I do it. Chest/Tris Mon and Fri, back/delts tue and sat, bicep/forearm Wed and Sun, and legs on Thur.

    1. Training every set to failure is not advised or necessary. In fact it's counterproductive and will decrease your potential gains.
    2. Training every day *and* sufficiently recovering is almost impossible if you're not enhanced. Especially if you take every set to failure.
    You're not training for longevity - you're training for short-term muscle gain and debilitating joint and tendon problems until you croke. Which admittedly is as manly as you claim.
    Ronnie Coleman is the manliest man out there - that's what being "manly" will do to you.
    You definitely should take gym advise from your cat rather than this bird...
    The whole "i lift like a man - every day every set to failure unga bunga" is probably the clearest sign of a person with fragile masculinity compensating for their insecurity.

    if im being honest, smith machines are made for hypertrophy for advanced bodybuilders. might be a hottake but especially lifting alone you can build more muscle and push to failure much more safely and effectively on a smith bench than barbell. yes you lose some stability but overall beginner lifters NEED to start with barbell movement, so they build muscle and stability.

    always training to failure only works for beginners, and you need to keep a training log otherwise you will never know when you plateau nor will you be able to manipulate the intensity, volume and difficulty of your training, those things are absolutely necessary to maintain progressive overload

    I know I'm doing the exact same thing you said I shouldn't do, but Imma do it anyways. Training every day is fine as long as you get to rest the muscles you are training and doing every set to failure is great. But for those unaware if you train regularly it won't matter if you don't do every set to failure, it's ok to do some only two reps from failure because it doesn't make much of a difference

      Yes, you can't just start training every day out of the blue. But if you have been regularly going to the gym for at least 4 days a week for several months your body can take it if you do it right.@@comicbookguy2326

    Basically me and you can do the same weight on bench and deadlift while you are 3 years older than me,and im not bragging,just mentioning.And by the way,i took my friend to the gym for first time in his life and he deadlifted 200lbs for 5 reps and he is 16,so this proves even more Kyamints doesnt have a clear idea of what grass is.

    I’ve only used gloves in the gym once for a few weeks while I had bad dermatitis on my hands to stop me bleeding all over the shit lol. Now I got calluses on my calluses. But there are other factors like it was my first time and at the time i was rocking a fat build at 6'3 with really long legs so it was a lot of ROM. But it doesn't really matter where i started since I consider myself a world class lifter now.
