I think you are a solid 3.5. Note that in the U.S there is a little variance. A midwest 4.0 is a California or Florida 3.5. I live in San Diego, California and here you'd be a pretty solid 3.5. Elsewhere in the U.S. you might be a 4.0. Also, I've seen players get up to 4.5 and 5.0 but usually the 5.0's either played on high school or college teams. For someone who learned late, I think 5.0 is achievable but it will take a lot of time.
