Firstly,that is epic,a doll with four auxiliary limbs is cool on it's own,even better if it's the beloved spider boi.However,Angel has an overlooked feature - his feet aren't exactly human,they're about as long as his legs,making him look like he has opposing knees,like Stolas.It's not that noticeable,but it's there. And it's possible to create! Replacing the human feet of the doll with shins rotated 180 degrees at the knees and connecting the parts at the ankles of the doll,the ankles now being flipped knees of the extra shins,the extra length of the new feet can be compensated with boots, which is what the actual Angel does to hide his spider paws,which look adorable.
