Why have you not mentioned about Chloride issue in the water table of Dwarka Expressway which was used to construct these buildings leading to corrosion of Iron rods?? That is the main cause of this situation on DEW
Dwarka me bhi bilkul naale par societies hai .. par bilkul theek hai ( except some AC issues ) , and beech samandar bhi building banti hai aur kai salo tak salamat khadi hai .. agar koi problem hai to builder ki technical kami hai .. isko low lying area par daalna hai to sabse pehel is area ko residential declare karne wale ko jail bheja jaye

Mera signature global sector 107 me hai aur iski construction quality is far better than any other affordable housing flats or even few of the luxury societies are poorly constructed....aur audit ho chuka hai society ka .... Make video after you have complete details...these audits are happening in phases and many other societies will be audited so that does not mean that these are poor ... Audit hone se kya koi society kharab ho jati hai kya. ??
