Great tip!
thanks Kelly love them. Hi from Idaho
Helpful video.
This was a wonderful video. I wasn’t sure how to emboss with the big shot, but now I know how. Thank you Kelly.😘
ok sorry i had not watched to the end, you answered my question later in the video. thanks
GREAT!
Thanks for being a big help with using these embossing mats. Have had them since they came out but couldn't quite figure out how to stack them. Love the cards you made using your examples.
You're welcome!!
Thank you so much for demonstrating how to emboss with the dies.
You're welcome!
Designer paper is a waste of money if the design can't be seen. On the rare occasions in which I've used them, the sentiment stamped on a die cut circle or similar were the embellishments as you did.
Thank you, thank you Now I know what to do with it and now my mind has gone to over load of ideas thank you 😊
Oh my gosh. Perfect timing because I was clueless how to use these. Great tutorial - thanks so much! And your cards are lovely! 💞
Thanks so much Lisa!
Thank you so much for sharing great information and beautiful cards
Thanks for your video with all your tips!
Can you use with the big shot plus?
Thanks Kelly that was some great information, I have never seen it explained before.
You're welcome!
Thank you so much! These have confused me, too!
You're very welcome!!!
So glad you showed the technique with the mats - I couldn't get it right without several tries.
You're welcome!
thank you for the tutorial.
What was the tool you used to place rhinestones on butterfly
It's called a TAKE YOUR PICK TOOL - you'll find it in my online store here: www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/default.aspx?&dbwsdemoid=80626
glad to see the video on embossing mat. Question regarding covering up beautiful designer paper while layering. Can you cut out middle of designer paper layer to save for another project and then continue layering?
You can certainly to that.
could you use the grey rubber mat on that flower die. why use the blue one
I didn't want the impression to be as deep - it just depends on whether you want a deep impression or a more subtle one.
Thank you for some Beautiful card ideas .
Thank you so much for sharing that tip. Now I will use it
Thank you so very much for this video. I always struggle with stacking these in the right order. Also shared to my Coos Bay stamping friends.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
You're welcome!
Thank you for actually showing us how to use these items! Kelly I appreciate you 💕
You're welcome!!!
Will the embossing mat and plate work with the spellbinder
Is the Spellbinder a die cutting machine? If so - can you use all the other products that I sell in it? If so - then the embossing mats should work too.
Thank you so much for this embossing tutorial...not all crafters are in-the-know about how useful their Dies can be, so this video is very much appreciated. Also, I really like that you finished the video by showing us some stunning cards using the embossed images you you created. 😻
You are very welcome! Thanks for watching Catherine!
Awesome video, thank you so much for sharing!
GORGEOUS!!
Thank you so much for the video. ~Barbara
You're welcome!
You should have added how to emboss with the eastern palace stencil masks that are in the annual catalog.
Are these mats exclusive to SU? I’ve never seen this set before.
I'm not sure if they are - you can find them in my store here: www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/default.aspx?&dbwsdemoid=80626
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Great video and idea to show all the uses of those embossing mats! Always wondered why there were the blue and grey mats!
Thanks for watching Barbara!
Thanks for the tutorial! When I’m going to cover up the majority of a layer of paper, I cut the center out and make it like a reverse frame. That way I don’t waste all of that paper, and the card isn’t as heavy, either.
Great tip! Thank you!
OMG, Kelly, what a FANTASTIC n’ HELPFUL video! SO, SO HAPPY you were encouraged to do it! I KNOW MANY of us stampers are THRILLED with it! I knew the Embossing Mats would be helpful....but must admit I’ve been very reluctant to try it myself....but NOW I’m ready to dive in thanks to your CLEAR n’ CONCISE directions! LOVE that you showed samples of both the gray and blue mat results (I was totally at a loss for the difference! And most often other videos show the blue mat but hardly ever the gray thus MY confusion as to having both!). Two other “pluses” of this video are that YOU ACTUALLY MADE CARDS w/the pieces AND THAT YOU SHARED SOME OTHER DIES that would be great (or not) to use for Embossing & diecutting! Cannot thank you enough for this W-WHAT? WEDNESDAY post! You are such a dear! Thanks again n’ HAPPY SPRING! I think it’s coming to Wisconsin~~~~FINALLY! HUGS!
You are so sweet Judith! Thanks so much! And the birds woke me up this morning so SPRING IS COMING TO WISCONSIN!!!
YAY! Had a flock of about 20+ Robins in the front yard yesterday....so GREAT to see~~~maybe they were the ones who woke you this morn??!! Haha! Have a FABULOUS DAY~~~Tomorrow to be 56 degrees! YIPPEE! Get out those shorts! Thanks again! :-)
@@judithsigler9644 LOL!!!! GET OUT THOSE SHORTS!!!! It's gonna be a heat wave in WiSCO!!!!
