- Ms. Lewis' son showed up and surprised her in class today at Hyatts! He had been away from home for two years and Eagle News prepared her for his arrival by pretending to interview her.

I rewatched 1:04 so many times!! There is something so sweet and funny about the way the students followed him, completely silent, with smiles and phones ready. So beautiful!!
Served in the Marine Corps 79-82 and still tear up watching reunion's.
Nothing is more heartwarming than a reunion.
Lost my mum 10 years ago after battling a cancer, I would love to be one oh these son / daughter to visit her and make her a surprise...I don't know why I like so much that kind of videos, and always cry...love from France.

Very heartwarming. You never know if your son or daughter you raised is in the army or navy. You will never know when your kids are deployed for battle with other countries and if they will ever hold there hands or see them ever again. This is the hardest thing ever even in a relationship

You are both wrong, he isn't in the Army and he isn't an Airman First class. He is a senior Airman
+Alec Cassidy Right you are! Thank you for correcting me. I watched him walking through hallways and his rank looked like only 2 stripes. During the interview time I was paying full attention to mom, then their hug, not his arm, which is finally prominent. The appearance of his rank USED to be Sergeant until in the 1990’s the Air Force did away with Sergeant. Now you go from Senior Airman (SrA) to Staff Sergeant.

A son or daughter in the military may be fully grown but to their mother he/she is still that little bitty baby she gave birth to.
My mother had two of these moments. The first was when my brother who was in the Army got home from Korea. The second time was when I, who was in the Marines, came home from Vietnam.
