Skoda's new car is here! Skoda Elroq first look

The Skoda Elroq has finally been unveiled - it's the Czech brand's electric alternative to the Karoq SUV. That means it sits beneath the Enyaq in the brand's line-up, and above the upcoming Epiq. Join me in a slightly over-warm Amsterdam dungeon as I take you for a walk around the Elroq, including a look at its new Simple Clever feature (!) and show you its cabin - and lack of a winged p**is.

It just looks odd with the massive wheel arch gap on big wheels with road biased tyres. Thought big wheels affected the range and ride on our rubbish roads? It would look so much better with a lower ride height or a bigger side wall tyre. Diamond cut alloys are a mistake on a family SUV.

Wow, that looks pretty awesome! Love the front end light configuration. Being over 40 I still can’t get my head around owning a Skoda, even though they are 100% VW - the Skoda jokes as a kid tormented me for life, just like Jaws!
