thank you for making this series!! i’m def adding some of these places to my list of cafes to visit:) for oc, i recommend little ox in fullerton. the genji matcha is very strong and lightly sweetened but you could always ask for more depending on preference for LA, damo has my fav matcha einspanner which is a little sweeter than little ox but creamy!
