You should have access to gpt-4 api if youve had at least one successful payment for any of the other apis.

Interesting! I don't know why the heck GPT Engineer defaulted to 3.5 turbo a few days ago when my API Key is definitely gpt4 🤷

EVERYTIME AND WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS I USED BUT IT ALWAYS SAYS openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details WHY ?
The trail of the OpenAI API has a rate limit. If you want unlimited access you need to pay for it
@@codingwithroby i created a fresh personal account and added in gpt engineer still showing that exceeded quota limit though not used any query yet from that account
All personal accounts are linked to a single phone number or unique Id. These all use the same free rate limits - so if you hit it on one, it will hit it on all of them
