the fms looks more scale to me. the rain gaurds need painted but the fact they are there is cool. the windows could have wing window details. the windows themselves look funny but are pretty damn close to scale. put the topper on and we wont talk about the roll cage lol
Close , Traxxas has a nicer looking grill , side windows have better proportions. If you line up an RC4WD blazer , you can appreciate how nice a job they do on their trucks , but of course they are hardbodies .
I Call it rain guard on the roof there, just got mine well of course it’s been nothing but raining now so haven’t got to get out yet appreciate the video, I watch out for the next one 👍👍
So the FMS version is longer than the trx4. Very nice comparison. I saw this video because i want some time to replace the trx4 body cheaper, because the trx4 blazer body is very expensive.
@@ezboyrc553 oh the price sounds cool. Have you ever try to put the fms blazer body to the trx4 ? I want to see if the fms body fits perfect as a wheelbase. I don't like the wheelbase if its off the wheels. I want the fenders to be centered with the wheels.
Comparing them all 3 side by side with all original stock parts brand new out the box, I have to give it to the FMS FCX10 blazer. The only downfall with the FMS blazer is that you can't upgrade the ESC without upgrading the controller as well because of the 2 In 1 combo receiver. That sucks because it has the best controller of all 3. The good news is out of all 3. FMS has the best ESC in it. So if you're someone that runs stock for the most part, FMS is the best, and it's the cheapest, & it is a heavier truck considering you can get the top that comes off the back. A full interior upgrade to. But they all have small diff & shift servos that are sort of weak, but that happens with every truck that has the tiny stock servos.
I agree. They are great looking blazer, bodies. The only reason I don't have one yet is because they are smaller than these lexan bodies that I already have. So I got the toyota because I figured it would look smaller, like it's supposed to.
In the title you should add fcx10 somewhere. You've currently got one of the few vids that shows a side by side of the fcx10 and trx4 and it doesn't even come up when searching "fcx10 vs trx4".
I will change it and see if it helps. Thanks for letting me know. it actually comes up on Google. If you Google it and scroll down until it shows UA-cam videos. I made that list.
lots of little differences.....it helps having owned a few actual trucks........"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness"
I’m loving the FMS. After fixing the lights and adding real ones to the top night time crawling has been awesome!
It is a great truck.

I have been thinking you could put an old school sun visor on the FMS to bring back more of the blazer look😊

I haven't drove mine yet either it's raining like heck at my house today.
thanks for that video buddy. they are saying traxxas clone. not really imo. same body doesn't mean same truck.
They're definitely different. Thank you and thanks for watching.
The lower side stainless trim on the Traxxas is not low enough like the actual truck. Nice comparison 👍
You are correct

Yes it's just a little longer but when you put the top on the back it looks pretty good but it makes it a lot heavier. But this body is only $40

The windshield is crazy high on the FMS.
The side windows are crazy low also.
Which one you like best on actualle trucks not looks but features and performance

I LIKE THE RC4WD TRAIL FINDER 2 BLAZER BODY...

Can anyone who has the fcx10 tell me how wide the roof is? I’m guess 6” or so, but would love an actual measurement
Which part are you talking about? The actual camper top? or the roof of the truck? cab or them both together?
Or just side to side?
Width of the roof of the front of the truck, side to side. It’s probably the same width as the rollbar I’m guessing
Cool
Burn an inch? Pffft I always tell my wife to add an inch 😉
Other than the body posts the Traxxas is better looking and has 100x better support
Well not shit is 55 years older. Give it time

I've also had quite a few square bodies growing up. They were great trucks.I'm a chevy guy.
👍✨️
The fms k5 is way off on the roof line it looks way off compared to the trx4 and the rc4wd.
That's the biggest negative on the body. Even proLine aftermarket bodies did a better job on their Chevy roof.
the FMS look toyish by comparison
Body scale is not a review …
It doesn't say review it the title or thumbnail 🤔
