The workout consists of 4 circuits, each with a different focus -- from chest and shoulders to back and triceps, and biceps. Grab your dumbbells (I’d suggest a heavier and lighter set) and let’s get started. You can always start with your heavy dumbbells and drop weight as needed.

✔️ 4 Circuits (3 dumbbell arm exercises per circuit)
✔️ Repetition Based (perform each strength exercise for 10-12 reps)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

Yikes🙀 That was a challenge for sure! I’ve been doing a lot of barre and dance during this quarantine but also sprinkling in some heavy lifting days and golly did this fill that slot😉 It’s so cool to notice the difference in strength moves in different genres! Having a lot of fun, even though I am a lot weaker atm due to most pregnancy workouts being below my capability and I was a bit scared of diastasis recti or anythong being unsafe so I didn't do any regular ones. Really glad youtube recommended you.

I seriously love how most of the time you don’t tell us how many reps we have until we’re closer to the end of the set. There must be some proven psychology behind this because I swear not knowing makes it easier to get through.
Ha, yes Amy, sometimes it's not knowing how many reps you have left that allows you to power through -- 1 rep at a time is all you have to focus on! So glad you enjoyed this arm workout and I hope you come back for more!

Love your workouts typically! This is included in your third trimester workout plan but so many of these exercises needed big modifications like the floor planks, push-ups from knees, exercises laying on your back. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s an older video, but so much had to be changed to prevent coning and doming in the third trimester, that this video is just not follow along anymore. It felt so out of place in your workout plan. Going to be exchanging it for one of your newer arm workout videos

Sorry Linds I have to agree. It was great but as I’m entering the third tri I kept thinking whoa no way could this be advisable much longer.
But everyone is different. You know your body and what you can/can’t do. Lindsay is pregnant here so clearly she can do it. Some people can do this and some can’t doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be in her third tri workout plan.

This is a tremendous strength program for upper body! Ironically strength training is so fundamental to building proper movement patterns and posture. Those fundamentals make the difference for HIIT & Bootcamp workouts because you will be able to do the moves with proper form preventing injury. Currently 19 weeks with baby #2. Things are definitely more challenging this time around! My upper body is spent. I had to omit the push-ups on the man makers because my form was terrible, my arms and chest were so DONE by that point! 🔥 as always! Thanks for always pushing us!

Just did this at 34 weeks pregnant! I had to modify a bit (used 5 pound weights, stability ball for back stuff, and a chair for push-ups) but it was still great! Thank you for these awesome prenatal workouts. :)

Did this yesterday with my husband and teen son, and everyone loved it and found it challenging!! They used 10 lbs weights and still found it challenging. I stuck to 5 lbs weights and did more reps. After baby comes I'll try to increase! 28 weeks and so thankful for these workouts!!

Wished there were some more cues for avoiding coning, especially with all the pushups and core engagement. But I really really appreciate these workouts!! They feel like the perfect push for me right now!
Thank you for the feedback. It's a bit hard to cue as every prenatal body is a bit different and everyone's bump displays a bit different. But yes you should always avoid exercises that cause coning or doming. You can always take push ups to an incline on a chair or bench too!

This was day two for me. I have 28 more days on your workout calendar. My legs and glutes still hurt from yesterday but I still worked out today. I had to switch to a smaller weight a few times but when my arms felt less fatigued I went right back to my 10lbs. I know tomorrow my arms are going to be sore. :-) 100% WORTH it though.

YEAH!!! Keep up the great work mama! you are crushing it! And incline bench is the best option (but I'm sure you don't have one at home more of gym thing), but even taking exercises to a seated chair or placing your upper back, neck and shoulders on a coach!
@@nourishmovelove thank you so much!! I tried your advice and reclined against the ball or couch and it seemed to help! I still feel some downward pressure or weakness in my core, depending on the moment. Do you have any videos or advice on how to fix my form? Or is this something I might need to just wait out till after baby is here? I'm super glad to still be keeping up at 24 weeks and going to keep going! I am so thankful for your plan and videos!

Wow amazing workout since 2days..iam following your 30 day plan. Because of this lockdown workouts were not going as per my plan. But I found your plan must say they are simply too good. If anything which makes you sweat so much..it's always good. But seriously are you really pregnant my god u r simply too good, I couldn't move inch in my pregnancy. Yesterday I did leg workout n died a slow death whole day..my thighs were aching so badly..
Thanks for making it into a plan...will follow it everyday.

I died the whole workout. I literally am very sore today, the day after!!
By the way, I've haven't had a baby nor the miracle of pregnancy, and I thank God for showing me that us ladies are made to be STRONG and that even in pregnancy moving our bodies is good for our little ones!! Look at all that we can carry! Our bodies are miracles!!
Needless to say I'll be following along to more of your videos, and I will be on guard for those where you're pregnant, knowing they will be killers!

Thank you for your workouts and plans! They always challenge me. Question: I'm in my third trimester and noticed coning/doming in my midsection during the overhead lat pulls. It's the same on the floor or the ball. I'm trying to keep my core engaged. Is this just going to be an off-limits move for me or is there a modification?
I would stop doing that move since it is causing coning/doming! You can replace it with shoulder presses!
Can also do this workout if not pregnant, slower pace enables me to concentrate on my form and keep my pelvic floor muscles engaged as well as ab muscles
