- Hi guys, In this video, I will be showing you close up shots of AP RO 15400, something that has blown me away with the craftsmanship and exceptional manufacturing. This is the largest 41mm RO, and I will be showing you how it wears on smaller wrist which is 6.5".

If you want to own just one single high end watch or just one AP, this is definitely the one to go with! This is the most versatile AP WATCH.
Very nice video of a great watch. I prefer the blue 15500, cleaner dial, better positioning of the date and bigger movement that suits the case. But the AP legend goes on. Well done!

Steve Cheers mate. Yeah I’ve been doing videos for a while; but I do limited stuff here on YT, and only on the watches I’ve actually owned at the time of review at least. I have covered a few APs and released blue dial 15400 video yesterday as well, if you wanted to have a look :)

fabian john I can well imagine mate. I have blue one as well and I can tell you that this white is something else. The dial is truly breathtaking!

To be honest mate, this watch is where AP journey started for me so this one is very special to me and will always remain in my collection. I love the blue one equally and hence the reason I’m keeping both in my collection. Where blue dial gives a nice dial contrast to the bezel, silver dial pops out the details and tapisserie reflections like nothing else. Also, the way hour markers show black borders because of chamfered edges, despite being actually white gold is a worth seeing beauty of silver dial.

JO A the finishing is next level mate. It’s just matchless. Gmt had to move to fund me blue one. Sub, i still have but I think it will be gone soon too, to fund me another AP 😢

JO A Hi mate. Aussie market is terrible for AP. Not a single boutique so having blue 15400 is virtually impossible. Also, ADs wouldnt put me on the list unless I buy other brands off them, which is terrible. Both of my APs are from secondary market at premium price, which unfortunately was way above rrp; but yes, I didn’t have to wait in return.

If I absolutely have to keep one between them; it’d be blue. That being said, if I will ever have one white dial with me; this is it.

William Carrion it'll look good. I find the 41mm in his 6.5 inch wrist looks a little bit too big, in my opinion. I have a small wrist as well.
SeniorChaChaCha do have a look at my latest video on blue 15400. I have shown the watch from different angles to show the wearability. And I still believe it wears nice :)
@william I think you’ve great size for wrist to make this 15400/15500 work like a charm.
Hafiz J Mehmood I just watched it and you aren't wrong! It still wears it nicely. Probably the darker face colour makes it less big compared to the white.
SeniorChaChaCha cheers mate for watching. And yes, you’ve hit another very important topic here. The white face 15400 wears definitely much larger than blue to any dark face. I did a bit of research on it and I figured that the silver face blends with the rehaut of the dial, essentially including the rehaut as the dial face, which then increases the size from 41mm to probably 42/43mm when viewed from top. Darker face dials remain separate from rehaut as opposed to silver dial. Good point and observation. 🙂
