Do you know if they make it with a 4 inch tire? I have to ride on ice and snow and maybe a little trail riding as well.

I have this bike, it only comes in 3 inch Chaoyang tires, not 4 inch fat tire. Great bike, you can adjust the power in the advanced menus such that the motor peaks at 1140+ watts for PAS5 when pedaling. The bike is shipped with default max power to 80%, so you can crank it to 100%. Can hit 31 MPH when pedaling.
