    I was blessed to take a Tai Chi for arthritis class at my senoir center. I am 61 with many balance issues. I purchased your 2 part dvd, which is wonderful. Thank you for making Tai Chi easier and more accesable to all. So much more enjoyable then physical therapy. If I skip my practice, I just don't feel right. I took the class to help with my balance issues, but I am in awe of the chi energy and the meditative aspects. You are truely an inspiration. Once again, words can not express my gratitude.

    I took to the mountains of Austria. A Radon Cure healed my painful, progressive arthritis . At least for the time being. A miracle! Now I am back to my daily exercises with help of the video’s of Dr. Paul Lam. Forever grateful!

    Wow I learnt to trust the subtle feelings, recognize intuition. I feel genuine positive energy from your body movements, your expression, your truth's. I haven't seen for a long while, Thank you for that

    Thank you Dr. Paul Lam for Tai Chi Lesson. I would like to buy the Tai Chi Lesson for Health but I don't know which one to buy. If I have money, it's won't be the problem, I would buy all what you had, but my retired money is limit and I'm too sick not just fracture bond, cancer, high blood pressure and also arthritis, so I would like your recommendation, which disk should I buy with little money I have. Thanks so much.

    Hi Thuy, at the end of the video tai chi for everyone I did recommend which DVD would work pending on your condition, from what you said here I would recommend tai chi for arthritis as it is a gentle tai chi almost anyone can do, it has all tai chi principles and would bring other health benefits.
