That playing is so slick!! Love it man. I wish the blood orange had the black on the horn and back like the cherry does, but the sound of this is incredible.
This is the perfect demo to me. Tells me exactly what I need/want to know about this guitar! Thanks
That blood orange is nice, and I love that black headstock. I don't really care for natural back and transition on the horn with the blood orange or the turquoise finishes. I'm going to go for the black cherry finish.
Im torn between the blood orange and cherry black :) I kindof like the natural back and side, atleast in theory, though even small imperfections in the transition would distract from it. I liked the orange one better on the PRS site pics but on the videos ive seen I just cant decide yet XD
I got a great deal on a blue burst se 24 with the natural finish on the sides and back. Fantastic guitar but find myself wondering why they didn't finish it black. The natural finish exposes all the layers of wood that went into the body. Aside from the maple cap there's 3 distinct seams on the back and a vertical seam on the horn.

Do these SE CE's have the thin CE neck profile or the wide flat SE type neck profile?

That Blood Orange almost looks as good as it sounds,, Wow.
It really is great value for $699.
Same annoying mid-forward tone that so many PRS seem to have. Too ‘modern’ for my ears, but I’m sure it’s well made and plays well.
Spot on! I can say this though. I was pretty impressed with the SE McCarty 594. Fantastic tone coming out of that thing. In fact, after playing one, I bought one. As far as the rest of the PRS SE guitars go, I think I will pass on them.
