I love these videos, i think they resonate so much because its what we do. We grab a couple of mates, jump in our bikes and go somewhere for some banter a bacon bap and a coffee.
interestingly, while at the ABR this year, we took a detour to Clarksons Farm. On the way, we randomly seen Pats Baps, so we had to call in. It was full of bikers and Patvsaid it was all because of MF. They now have regular biker meet ups. Even more randomly, one of those bikers was an old Fire Service colleague from Central FS in Belfast. Hadnt seen him in 20 years.
Love a coincidence me - so pleased we had such a positive influence on Pats Baps!
Three 10’s. Now they will be on the biker map big time! Great banter boys as usual.
Yes it deserves to be - great value good food and friendly people!
Great to see everyone so happy. You can't beat a nice bike ride with friends to a top cafe!
Couldn't agree more!
always love the biker scran episodes, especially when the guys give high scores! Great chat, great foods, and great bikes!
Glad you enjoyed it
Hello. Nice meeting...with some brainstorming......and good gas talking. I like this style of video. And your bike is stunning 😉- I like it. Have some fun and good weather😶🌫. Some regards from germany.
Danke!
Thank you too.....Vielen Dank ;-)@@TheMissendenFlyer
That was a very enjoyable thirty minutes and the bond of friendship between the three of you is heartwarming. And just to add to what so many have already said, get that chrome grab rail forthwith!!
The pressure is mounting - I may have to do it!!
Nice Baps! Picking up the classic on Saturday, bet you it will pour down! Still has the fully enclosed mud guards at least. The fitting of the shorter guards is more for aesthetics these days. 😊
The Cotswolds have some great roads/rides, please just keep them coming!!
Yes Andy the grab rail is integral to the retro look, especially for us duffers harking back to the original. Lovely content 👍
But you’d have to install extra driveline slop and a scary 110mph speed wobble to equal the original Z1, in my experience. 😊
@@PhilC184 at least you would risk 110 mph then, unless there was a jam sandwich knocking around haha.
What a cracking video the chap with the Triumph has given me inspiration to get a bike I'm 63 now and that fella is living the life😂😂👍👍😊
Never too late (that's Geoff by the way)....
Totally agree with Geoff - Brown sauce on Bacon and Ketchup on Fish Fingers - and I’m from the South! I’m now anticipating a future visit to sample Pat’s Baps (well, at least one of them😂).
Wrong - got to be ketchup on Bacon, have you no scruples sir!
Thanks Andy for putting a huge grin on my face, loved that, your obvious delight at meeting the chaps shone through and you bounce of each other superbly, i think i giggled most of the way through that, now to the elephant in the room or the can of worms i'm siding with Geoff being a northern lad myself it's brown for me to. :)
Don't start Chris - this one isn't up for debate.....
🤣🤣🤐@@TheMissendenFlyer
Ketchup on bacon, brown on sausage
Dead right - good man.....
@@TheMissendenFlyer I'll concede the point as I like both sauces ....... But was that a bap or a barm 🤣🤣
I am not good as leaving comments but I have to write few words as I really enjoyed this video.
Thank you guys for this nice and funny moment between friends. I love your so British accent and your sense of humour.
Love the Z900RS I tried one in Bordeaux last week and I am thinking to buy it but not easy to leave my R1200GS, my garage is too small to keep 2 bikes.
It’s a ten for me too ! Cheers from France 👍
Glad you enjoyed it Patrice!
Drove down from St Helens (OK, I had to that way for work) and called in for breakfast, excellent food and service, well recommended.
Top banter there gentlemen! Dan’s shenanigans of “I’ve been waiting at another location…” Doesn’t wash with me😂
Nor us….
😂
true it don't. wash with me.ether iff agreed on.the square on the square it is and for him to he waiting round corner what a twat
Love this format, and this episode. It really reflects what a lot of us do, (particularly those of us with more time on our hands). Keep up the good work Andy 👍🏍️
Awesome, thank you!
You almost had me buy a Tiger 800 in your Krabi trip. Now you're riding the bike I just bought. Clearly a man with good taste. I'm subscribing!
Welcome along!
This is what proper blokes do absolutely brilliant loved it
Glad you enjoyed it Phil!
Hey TMF, Geoff and Dan.
Thanks for these series of Biker Scran with Geoff and Dan! I RELLY LOVE them. You guys is making my day so much, it should be a TV serie called Biker Scran with Geoff and Dan! it really should i mean it guys.
If i was a millionaire, i would definitely make it a TV serie.
Thanks so much for giving us bikers from Denmark this possibility to have a laugh and a smile you showing your famous serie Biker Scran with Geoff and Dan!
Yours sincerely
The Dane.
That’s very kind of you and delighted to hear you enjoyed our trip!
These scrans are so fun - the banter, the camaraderie, the motorbikes. This is what it is all about.
Great to hear that!
Well said, I completely agree. 👍🏼
As I live just a few miles from Pats Baps I popped along yesterday for their monthly Sunday biker breakfast. Lovely staff. Great food, fairly priced. Brilliant.
I hope you told them you saw them on here? (I'm angling for a free bap next time I go).....
@@TheMissendenFlyercertainly did. They were very humbled by your video. I've been back a few times since. Great place for a tea and a bacon and egg nap.
@@PDCRed Cool!
Watching this video has simply made me happy!
Excellent!
For context, I’m a Uk expat living in NZ, similar age and took up riding in 2022. Currently on a Honda Rebel 500, but contemplating an upgrade to a larger cruiser. BTW, loving the channel. Thanks.
I was stationed in Spain and loved following my biker friends to various cafes around Andalucia. Now I'm riding myself, but in the States and wished we had little cafes like this around here. Thanks for the fun adventures. They bring back fond memories of my time in Europe. Cheers.
That's awesome!
Many times I have stumbled across a great mom & pop cafe or vintage roadside motel on the back roads here in the states. They are true gems, but getting harder and harder to find. Sadly!
Ok.. I need more meetups and food reviews with Geoff and Dan! The three of you guys getting together and ribbing each other is hilarious!
There's plenty of these on the channel!
Awesome.Really enjoyed this.Just 3 mates out on their Bikes.Good company and good food.Thats what biking is all about.Much Love from sunny South Africa.👍👌🏍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great stuff, you lot! Love the biker scran vids - I took my mate to Super Sausage after your glowing report from there - we had the best breakfast ever! This place is now well and truly on my list.
Good ride out to Pat's too....
@@TheMissendenFlyer noted!
Three guys having fun and having a good time . Who could ask for more?
Thanks for that view of the mill, a reminder of how great our country was.Even industrial architecture was attractive!
Yes they don't build 'em like that anymore do they! As ir happens I was in the Cotswolds yesterday and noticed that mill is posh apartments now, some of which are for sale!
Another great biker scran, I love how you all interact with each other, it makes great entertainment. The bike looks great too. 👍
Thanks 👍
Completely agree with Geoff, fitting the oem chrome grab rail is a must, plus a S.W.Motech tail pack as you mate Richy uses - job done! 👍
Does Richy have one of those? WIll speak to him about it....
*Grab rail helps to maneuver and spin the bike on its kickstand in tight spaces.* And Dunlop Mutant tires for all seasons.
What a hoot! The witty banter between you and the boys is great fun! Wife and I will soon be traveling from Canada to the UK for a vacation. With such glowing reviews we'll definitely stop to meet Pat and have a Bap when we're in the Cotswolds. Thanks Andy.
Tell her we sent you.....
Watched your review yesterday and took interceptor and the Mrs out on her bike for a spot of lunch at Pats baps, nice little run from Bristol, had a very nice sausage and egg bap! Thanks for the revue
Did you mention the video??
@@TheMissendenFlyer yes they were very appreciative of the good review, there was also a guy from Bromsgrove on a GS, who also watched your review that morning and thought, I’ll pop along for lunch.
Great episode. I'm a big fan of the Biker Scran series. Cheers!
Delighted to hear that!
A thoroughly entertaining video. 28 minutes with a smile on my face. Made my day.
Really pleased to hear that!
Mine too! Amazing guys!
Brilliant! Really enjoyed your spin guy's! your baps looked great, including the chocolate e Clair, as the fella said / I would rather die from cholesterol than starvation. From a 72 year old RS 900 rider .
Watching these really makes me want to come out that way for some rides. Fantastic scenery!
Love the “Eet smakelijk” from Jeff, approved by a Dutchman. You should extend this series abroad, so many nice biker places to be found.
Who knew Geoff could speak Dutch!
I did! Een kleine betje!
Fantastic! an age old hunter-gatherer ritual - you hunted, you gathered. Marvellous. Scran looked excellent. And the cups of tea looked good too, just that right shade of VSOP. Looked like they don't hit the sides. There is a dawn after all ...
There's nothing better for the spirit than a decent ride out and a bite to eat with some old pals. I had a chuckle at you fretting about the crud on the new bike. I rode my girl home from the dealership when I collected her, the weather was so bad I actually bought waterproofs from them! The sales guy asked me where my trailer was, when I told him that I had been waiting 6 months for this, he was shocked that I would dare ride it in a storm 😁
I have the RS cafe and it's the most comfortable bike I have owned, fantastic engine, great torque for four cylinder bike. Loves to be riden
Thank you Mr. Flyer, Geoff and Dan. A good day out was had by all and what a lovely biker friendly cafe. Living the life eh? I can hardly wait for the next episode. :>)
Delighted to hear that - stay tuned!
What a lovely looking bap,I’m with Geoff and Dan on the Black pudding and egg,it looked superb, great video and banter, quality stuff.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Cheers Barry!
Love these episodes - watching this while I have breakfast has set me up for the day with a smile - thanks
Really pleased to hear that Oliver - thank you!
You’re having your breakfast, while here in Arizona It’s about time to hit the hay. But the boys gave me a fun video before heading off to bed..
I absolutely love the Biker Scran series. Geoff and Dan are legends. I sold my last bike a while ago because of health problems and my interest in biking has waned in the whole scene, but I always watch all your vlogs Andy because of the enthusiasm and general entertainment included in them. Thanks for the great content 👍🏻👍🏻
Oh that's a really nice comment - thanks Jim!
Love it boys! Cheers mate!
Brilliant day out Andy, Geoff and Dan. It’s pi***ng down here in Ireland so no biking today for me but I feel as though I’ve just out for a spin after watching this. Thanks boys and 10 out of 10 for this video too!
Thank you Dave - a beautiful riding day here in Blighty, just been out with Carole and she had a go riding the Speedmaster (don't tell Triumph!!)
@@TheMissendenFlyer 😍🤫🏍
That tweed mill is a very unique looking place. "Butter on your baps" sounds naughty to an American ear ( maybe just my mind, sorry heh) as I've no idea what a bap is. Turns out the eclair was the naughty bit. Cheers to Pat, by the way. Those servings would be normal in the US- huge servings. Looking forward to the part 2 of this ride. Thanks for taking us along Andy.
A "Bap" is a regional name for a bread roll - but can sometimes also mean lady mountains, hence the sniggering....
@@TheMissendenFlyer lol, Got it. 😆 Thanks Andy. Cheers.
Thanks for another excellent video Andy 👍🏻 I always love catching up with you, Jeff and Dan 😁
Glad you enjoyed it
ha ha . bloody good scran.. And it was Lavazza real Italian bean coffee. I have to do London soon to pick up my wife from Victoria station after her annual visit to the mother in law in Poland . I have just programed the sat nav.. Pats Baps is plugged in.. going sausage and bacon, chips coffee and an éclair . I love the kwaka but the triumph speed twin just edges it into second place for me .. yup the gold is the way to go. :) loving this scran series , brings the vlog into a real world feeling. 🤓💯❤🩹
Another great video
you have me salivating all the way over here on the West Coast of Florida
the black pudding looked delicious
so many of us wish we had been there with you
three wonderful chaps
a great meal
and the perfect documentation for all of us to enjoy
thank you very much
the very best to all of you
What a lovely comment - thank you!
Was only at Cotswold Cafe the other week on the Tiger to meet up with Mike after a very long time. Tried the healthy option with Vega Sausage - surprisingly very good
Great recommendation Andy. Rose and I rode there this morning and had a great coffee and of course, your suggestion, black pudding and egg bap. Smashing! Clear skies, light traffic and no Christmas shopping.
Sounds perfect to me - did you tell them I sent you?
@@TheMissendenFlyer oh yes! We had quite a chat about your visit and how many bikers have dropped in after seeing your biker scran video.
@@paulthetford2004 Oh cool - that's great to hear!
Love this series. Particularly loved your reaction to the unintentional rhyming at the end! 😂
Absolutely love your Biker Scrans and I don’t even have an interest in Bikes but I just love these and the other trips you do. Really entertaining and informative.
Delighted to hear that!
Another great episode, I do enjoy the banter you three have. The Kawasaki is sounding really good. Riding to different cafes is a thing many of us enjoy doing meeting great people along the way.
It’s what it’s all about!
Another great episode of biker scran. Really like this feature. 👍🏻
Glad to hear that Gareth...
That Z900RS is one of my favourite bikes of modern times. I was able to sit on one at the local dealer and it felt as good as it looks -- much more natural than the Triumph Bonnevilles, which I do quite like still.
Totally agree! But then I'm biased....
The Bonnevilles do a better job hiding the radiator.
Like the Z900RS but I'm going for a Speed Twin 1200.😊
Brilliant biker scran lads, full of great humour, looks like great food this is what bikeings all about cannot wait for the next one, and andy the kawasaki in those colours looks stunning..
Glad you enjoyed it...and thanks!
Never laughed so much.
just love the bikers scran videos
Glad to hear that
Took my triumph street triple 675 2012 to Dorset got back today. Mine is the same as the one you had, absolutely beautiful ride 300 miles round trip. Keep the vids coming ❤
Very nice!
@@TheMissendenFlyer I've had all the fireblades and r1's and gsxr srad now I'm getting on a bit the triumph is perfect for me.
I dip in and out of UA-cam. What a pleasure to see these gents again. Lovely lads
Glad you enjoyed it - don't be a stranger!
The rock n roll break on 17:15 ….👍👌🤟 we appreciate it!!
Just love these Biker Scram get togethers keep them going
Will do Nick - thanks for watching!
That hole in the road at 3:10 looks lethal!
Another great biker scran! 10/10 to boot. Great fun watch as usual.
Glad you enjoyed it
I was riding down a busy street in Glasgow last week. Plenty of Bikes parked up on both sides of the Street but the one that caught my eye was the Kawasaki Z900 RS SE in Bumblebee colour. 🐝
It’s a Stunning machine!
Nice one!
It's 10 out of 10 from me, I'm now flipping hungry. Nice one chaps.👍😆
Thanks for watching Terry!
@@TheMissendenFlyer oh yes, it's brown for me. 👍
Wrong!
Love these "scrans" and that beastly Kawasaki that suits you so well. Thanks for the video Andy, really enjoyed it.
Many thanks!
Hey Andy, been a while since I have sent a comment - but this morning I felt compelled to do so - that vid was excellent- fun laughter food banter friendship oh and bikes - I’m dealing with rather a lot in my personal life right now - that vid made me laugh out loud - got me thinking I hadn’t done that in a while - so thanks for hitting the spot - just a brilliant happy wee vid - well done - Whisky Out !“🥃”…
Sorry to hear you're having a tough time Mr Whisky - really pleased you enjoyed the video, don't leave it so long next time!
Really enjoy these vids, and the travel ones, feels like your along for the ride and part of the adventure.
That's great to hear as that is my intention! A new tour starts on Saturday - stay tuned!
Hiya, First of all you do have to get yourself a grab rail. Loved the scran, chat ,comments and the food looked lovely . Nice one.
Thanks for watching Paul!
that was a proper hoot! thanks Andy i thoroughly enjoyed that.
Very welcome
If you are worried about going over the 600 miles just change the oil and filter, that's the main thing they do anyway.
Yes fair point!
I wouldn't be worried about going over fist service miles with modern oils and manufacturing. It's more a case, as TMF questioned, of manufacturers honouring the warranty if you do go over. I did 80 miles past my first service mileage but they won't tell you what extra mileage is acceptable until you need to make a warranty claim sadly.
Wow top score !!! Great to see you 3 chaps back together look forward to autumn one 👍
Don't wish this glorious summer away!
Love watching you guys on these "Scrans"!!!!!
Pleased to hear that!
By far the best video yet … a bit of hyperbole, but a real treat to see you guys out for the day, having fun on motorcycles the way we ALL should. Love the Wales tour, as always, but look forward to you next “guy’s adventure” 👍
Morning, That was hardly wet at all. Proper rain would clean the crud off. A nice yellow milk crate bolted to the grab rail for your kit.
Brilliant efforts gentleman. Endeavor to persevere.
A right sturdy bit of kit and very attractive lines and livery.
“ I like Mozart as well even though he was before my time “ 🎻
Good line that wasn’t it!
I think the two best retro style bikes are the Z900RS and the Triumph Thruxton. I think if I had not already bought a Thruxton I would have gone for one of these. Enjoy the ride.
I've had Thruxton R for 7 years and added a 2024 Z900RS SE Yellow ball. Very different motors and ergonomics so they are different enough to share my garage.
Hello just thought I’d send a message to say how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos.
I’m looking to get a Royal Enfield so your videos on them have been very helpful.
I particularly resonate with Geoff, Dan and yourself, and love the scran videos.
I’ve only started riding recently, just over a year now, and felt kinda isolated, hence the thinking on the RE as my cousin has the interceptor, however coming across your page with Geoff and Dan also, it’s nice to see people I can relate to.
Anyway keep up the great work, and if you’re ever in my area, love to have a cuppa sometime.
Take care and safe riding.
That's great to hear thank you! Where is your area??

Thoroughly enjoyed this video ..Great ride out ,great banter ..Loving that new bike of yours...
Thanks 👍
Great show as always Andy, thanks for sharing 👍🏼
Concerning luggage on the Kawa I'm a big big fan of the Kriega drypacks. They come in different sizes, are absolutely watertight and easily strapped on the back seat so they don't need any rack mounted.
Surely nothing for long time traveling, but for the weekend trip absolutely great.
Troube is I need something I can pretty much permanently attach to carry my camera gear....
Definitely the Motech bags…your fellow YTuber Mancave Moto is a UK rep for them…might be worth a contact as he did offer a discount a little while back..Mind you I think they’ll offer you something directly given the publicity the kit will get 😉 worth a try!
Yes it seems the SW Motech may be the way to go.....
Great vid TMF, always enjoy these & Pat's baps were spectacular. ; )
They are!
fun with the boys, bloody brill, love the Z900. keep up the good work.😁
Thanks, will do!
Great episode. Woodstock looked very pretty. Brilliant cafe too. 🙌🏼👍🏼
Thanks so much! 😊
Glad your enjoying your bike Andy even in the rain. Got my YB in march and nearly done 6000 mile already and quite a bit of that in the wet its been a bad summer for sure.Had mine ceramic coated and 100% this has worked bike still looks like new and no surface scratches and you need to fit the speed angels over your clocks and Tft. Grab handle is good it really helps when moving the bike around and you can throw a bag over the back seat and use Roc straps straight onto the grab rail which is a great anchor point and keeps the straps away from the paint. Ive fitted the fender extenders they don't really do much the bike still gets filthy but it cleans up really well so no problem. I agree with you on the mapping there isn't any point if your bike runs ok you are better off putting up with any slight issues its not that bad and specially with the bike being under warranty. If you have the ecu flashed then the bike goes in for service and requires any updates this usually clears the flash and puts the bike back to standard that's what my dealership told me and was backed up by my local tuners too so money would be wasted. Only issue ive had is with the OEM heated grips the heat causes the glue to fail and the grip comes loose but fixed under warranty so will need to see if this happens again. 😁Atb
You look after all of your bikes really well, seeing as you have a decent area outside your place I'd give it a quick hose down after your ride, that way you'd get rid of most of the crap off the road, I've got a dryer which is great for getting rid of most of the water. It's a much worse in the winter as we all know, when I see your BMW GSA it's testament to how well you look after your machines, it's in lovely condition , all the best 👍
Thank you Geoff - and don’t worry, the Kwak got a thorough clean that evening…
@@TheMissendenFlyer I wish we had Pats Baps here in Aberystwyth, it looked so good, the sun is out here , its a miracle 🤭🤭

Was on the Cots just a couple of months ago. Fantastic area that we’ll worth one’s time to throughly investigate. Clarkson’s Farm and market are a great stop along the way!
Another Great Biker Scan episode - Thanks chaps 👍🏻
Fantastically entertaining. Cheered me right up that. Charming Chaps, Delicious Baps, Google Maps!
Delighted to hear that Barry - thanks for watching....
Another excellent Biker Scran 👍 Looking forward to the next one Andy
I'm getting Z900RS SE envy 😀. We've also had a fairly cool wet summer in Ontario this year - weird given the forest fires we are having further north. The first service is basically just an oil change which you can easily do yourself or buy the oil and filter and get a local Indy to do it - the oil they use for running in is thinner than the regular oil.
Good ride and obvious good Mates 👍 amazing looking food 🏆feeling very hungry now 😂 thanks for yet another fab video Andy 😊🏍🏁
Our pleasure!
Can’t believe you took that beautiful bike out in the rain, my OCD would have it cleaning for hours after!
We can tell how excited you are about this bike….because you didn’t want to get it dirty…ha!!..You are better than me sir as I still haven’t ridden my R9T scrambler in any weather and over 2K miles on it…ha!!! - Again this is classic work…you guys should have your own channel - the banter between you guys is excellent, these are my favorite!!! Keep them coming!!!!
Thanks for stopping by....
G'day Andy, really enjoyed the video and loved the scenery. I have just ordered the 2024 Z900RS-SE as a 65th birthday/full retirement pressy to myself, and I should receive it in mid September. Unfortunately I'm a December lad so I will have to keep it under wraps and not ride it until then. Yeah right,as if!! The grab rail is a must brother, as it also allows for items to carried on the pillion seat area if running solo. Ah, the proverbial bungy straps. I have the rail and tail tidy ordered for the bike's arrival, and the only other accessory will be a colour coded fairing from the japanese company "Samurider". Very similiar to the RS Cafe fairing. That will complete the look that will take me back to when a couple of my mates had the new "Duck" (as the new Z1 was affectionally called in Oz), and I had the relatively new Honda 750 Four. Again, loved the video and a great choice of music as well! Cheers for now mate.
Cheers Andy - you have great taste!
It’s 2:50 am in Ontario Canada and you just made me very hungry. You’re new bike looks great.
Sorry about that!
I can recommend the fender extender for the Triumph Tiger 900 to your mate Geoff. I bought the Puig one and stuck it on. Also a Scorpion Serket slip on muffler. Thanks for the great videos Andy.
Thanks for the tip!
It's now on my list. Well done gentleman.
It was our pleasure!
Great vid as always, made me smile, and love the new bike, I do agree with a grab rail, would make it easier to move around too 👊
