I must be doing something right because I was told to stop eating the other day by someone..... I was eating my HUGE salad and little did that person realise the 4 deep fried spring rolls they had eaten had more calories than my veggies!!!!!!

My BMI is down to 21.7 from 27 over 6 years. I don’t want to loose weight so should I still limit my nuts and avocados??
You'll have to experiment with amounts to see how much you can eat so as to maintain your weight.
