Happy US Mobile customer here for a year now! I love the new unlimited starter plan! Now they bumped up the unlimited data to 30 GBs and hotspot!
I just switched to US Mobile 2 days ago and brought 3 lines. Couldn't be happier so far. By adjusting their business model they are attracting thousands more customers. Good job! Excellent! Keep up the good work.
Just signed up for the free trial and transferred my number to 5G GSM. This was very quick and seamless. I will be interested in adding another line once they get AT&T as an option. Thank you Ahmed for the great service. Appreciate Stetson letting us know about this.
How's the priority for gsm network? I'm on mint and my network just stops working when I got to Walmart or target
@@pratikgawde12 I have had no such issues. I was also with Mint and ported over to US Mobile. Come aboard!
Would Be Nice If They Had The AT&T Network...It's A FAR BETTER Network Than The Rubbish Bin Network...That Should Rather More Have Been One The Choices Alongside Verizon...

I did read and made my searches about visible and us mobile and finally I decided that im going to switch from Visible to US mobile.
Ive been extremely happy w us mobile and will tell my folks about the home phone plan too!

I missed this when it was live but I like these new features US Mobile have added I live in New Zealand but visit the USA on vacation often and now will 100% be using US Mobile every time I visit

Honestly the best service plan I can find right now, the only way to make it perfect in my opinion would be to include a proper Apple Watch plan. If and when I can put my Apple Watch on the network natively, that’s the day I can’t even look at another carrier as a viable option

Current Verizon prepaid customer... planning to change to US Mobile as soon as my current prepaid month is over.
The taxas and fees were a bummer, but glad they include it in price now. Now if other companies quit charging service fees and fees to use your card . Ridiculous

US Mobile Is awesome. I was going to switch because they didn't have hotspot on the new plan, but I'm not going anywhere now.

I wish us mobile will have some phone offers on the latest phone soon, even if that means being locked for 2-3 years
They have a $200 credit if you get a new iPhone and bring it over.

How are you able to change network? My area has better t-mobile but i have wrap esim.
I believe you may need to contact support to swap to the other network.
I was on warp and contacted support and they sent me another eSIM profile to run on T-Mobile 5G

Just signed up for the $25 unlimited plan, looking forward to cutting ties with Postpaid T-Mobile plans, I plan to use the Verizon network for my iPhone.

I got my parents and aunt and uncle on to US mobile.
US Mobile did decrease the price or now have all in price BUT it is a business, and they did take away perks and features that more than likely increased their profit margin. No company works in a way where the introduce a new thing that loses them money on purpose.
Only the price of 4+ lines went up on new plans, partially due to only offering 1 park instead of 2. Ahmed said they lost money on these 4+ line plans which is why they got rid of discounts for 4+ lines more than 3 lines

Do they still cut off your internet when you get done with your data? If so then I am no longer interested lol
No, they mention in this video that it’s now 1 mbs now after data allotment is used. That’s substantially faster than mint mobile after their allotment is up for example.
So if you have the unlimited plans, you just get tapered to 1Mbps after you used your priority/allotment.
Which is better than most, that’s still loads videos at a decent quality.

@@Freestyleny Visible still has unlimited hotspot, I have Visibles premium with 50GB of premium and still unlimited after. I would switch to US Mobile BUT I'm not sure if they cut off internet still when you get to the data limit

Visible is still far better value
Can't beat unlimited hotspot which is not priority, but IS included even if you are on the base $25/mo plan!
Also Visible's $25 plan is slower than a snail.

I disagree. The 30 GB of premium data on us mobile will make a big difference in day to day use. Deprioritized Verizon service is painful to use. The hotspot on visible is an advantage but that can also be very slow. Really depends on your needs but the value is no slam dunk advantage on visible.
Unfortunately US Mobile doesn’t accept unlocked former AT&T iPhones! Guess I won’t us US Mobile! Disappointing to say the very least! I can’t win for losing! I’m leaving US Cellular and don’t know which carrier I’ll use. I can’t find out how good AT&T is in my city! It was alright but not great. I’m beyond disgusted!
You couldn’t use that locked phone on any carrier even Verizon or T-Mobile. Get mad at AT&T not US Mobile.

I had a ATT purchased iPhone 14 that I got unlocked by ATT once I paid it off entirely.
Once unlocked, I was easily able to move from ATT to US Mobile. Had no problems at all
You should be able to, maybe make sure it’s actually unlocked
Is it really unlocked though? Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll down to "Carrier Lock." That should say "No SIM restrictions." That means it's unlocked.
Hotspot turns off after limit and that sucks 😢, plus side I can make unlimited international calls to India Fiji and Pakistan
