John - The Crowns case is that Steele drove his Hilux to the Hungry Horse with Tate Tucker and Rolfe following behind him. At Hungry Horse Steele allegedly gets into the rear of the Range Rover and they go off to the Lane. Whomes as soon as the Range Rover appeared at the Halfway House pub car park told Nicholls to drive off and then dropped Whomes off at the top of the Lane. Albert

David / Patrick. I've Looked so many times at the b/w Arial view of the crime scene, and here's where I totally agree with Patrick when he made reference to his view that the range rover had "wheel spin"?
In my eyes, the car was inside the gate, Rolf turned the wheel to his left and I reckon that's where they were murdered. Look closely at the Tyre tracks? It appears to me the car came to a halt, it was then towed back through the gate, the spent cartridges were the strewn around the car, hence so many footprints ie trainers, wellington boots etc. I'm convinced Rolf had his foot on the brake seconds after he was the first to be shot, 7-8 seconds after, all 3 were dead. It seems a lot of chain to use to secure a busted gate. That's why whoever opened the gate took their time until the gunman was behind the bushes on the left (as you look down, so driver's side) there's your wheel spin Patrick ( I hope)
    Steve.

Not trying to be a DCI but I remember commenting somewhere on a crime scene to courtroom post about the rear wiper being used recently, this coupled with your comment, which as a professional driver I completely agree with, it’s blatantly obvious that Range Rover went further down/up the track than where it was discovered.

A huge revelation (for me) is that Jasper was a trusted Met snout. If his information and intelligence had shown results in the past, that really changes things. I had previously treated Nicolls and Jasper in equal measure because they both had something to gain by lying. But Jasper being a trusted snout (taken at McKelvey's word) really does turn the dials...it doesn't prove anything, of course; but it does turn the dials.

But if something was made about those things, and I’m sure as a bargaining chip you would get what you want, as this case will be a lesser, cos that’s the only way they do things

I Still think the Murders took place closer to the gun club and lake, then the rang rover was rolled back into the lane. Pat Tate wasn't dead by then.
Darren mentions in his book blogs 19, about Trying to put Tucker back in the Range Rover, but wonder if he meant Pat Tate, that's how the blood was all in the tyre ruts on the passenger side.
Darren panicked and forced off two/three more shots at Tate to kill him.😮😮😮😊😊😊.

I have two questions for Dave and Albert.
1; Nichols says, "they arrived at the Halfway House. They hid and Steel got out of the Hilux and got into the Range Rover then it drove off. Then Whomes said to Nichols right let's go"! If Steel got in The Range Rover at The Halfway House then who drove his car to the Hungry Horse where they picked it up supposedly after the murders?
Unless one of them can bilocate it's impossible?
2; How did so much blood get outside of the Range Rover and flow down the mud throughs right into the field beyond the gate as testified by the pathologist? Surely if they were shot in the vehicle there would be pools of blood on the seats the floor the doors and it would be a lot. An average human has 8 pints of blood. Someone bleeding out after head injuries in particular would shed numerous pints of blood really quickly, yet all it looks like is a spattering on the seats and doors and dash.
This was 3 big guys supposedly shot in the vehicle? There would have been 12-24 pints of blood pooled, congealed and frozen in the Range Rover. So, something is out of kilter about that.
Thanks guys and great work Allround including Liquid Bullet Productions.

    • @EssexBoysOutlaw
      @EssexBoysOutlaw 9 місяців тому +9

On point 2, Rolfe and Tate look likely to have been shot in the car but Tucker with mud on his boots and blood in the door frame doesn't look right. Was he executed outside while Tate was made to watch? There was also a Canvey theory with shots heard so as Albert says you got to be open to this just being a dump site, thus no guns etc. I'm not sure we'll ever know unless someone who witnessed it speaks out. Essex Police most llikely have all the answers in my book. Fucking disgraceful way of acting for decades.

    • @codenamenel
      @codenamenel 9 місяців тому +2

On point 2 Tate was shot in the head with some of the shot breaking the window, he was leaning over to the left and his head was partially out of the damaged window
Regarding the amount of blood once your heart stops, gravity takes over and any blood lower than the wound wouldn't exit the wound but would pool at the lower extremities, in a sitting position it would pool in your bum, bottom of your thighs and feet

    • @johnjoyce1958

@@codenamenel yea! Bang on! Tate was also shot in the liver which would be profuse, bleeding on the back seat and floor of The Range Rover. We're talking pints of blood from his body alone. I mean a pint of any liquid is a lot. If someone sills a pint in a pub it covers a huge area. Blood is thicker but would pool more. Imagine a guy almost 20 stone and another two in an enclosed space. The whole place would be covered in blood. The ceiling, doors, seats floor and dash, even the windows. There was only one window blown out? Why wasn't Tucker's near side window and the front screen blown out or pitted? They were all shot in the head except for Tates shot to the liver.
What were the forensics and Dopy Dibley and the corrupt investigation cops thinking they could get away with. They are all a disgrace to good investigative work and amongst the worst of all time probably worldwide. They should be in The Guinness Book of worst records.

    A very interesting subject.
Though one thing that is often glossed over and disregarded are the Autopsy results.
I was the one who started mushroomGate as it was called a year or back on another channel (Crime scene 2 courtroom).
It has always been a a matter of conjecture as to what time they were murdered.
We know they were at TGI Fridays in Lakeside around lunchtime and during that time one or more of them consumed mushrooms.
Mushrooms are not an easy thing for humans to digest.
Assuming they didn't eat anything after their lunch ( why would they, they were going out for a celebration meal at 8pm) when the autopsies were performed a quantity of partly digested food matter containing mushrooms was found in the stomach of either Tucker or Rolf (I do remember that Tates stomach was empty, but we can put that down to his physiology of being a body builder with a quick digestive system).
Go Ask a medical expert how long it takes for the stomach to empty into the small intestine and to continue with digestion.
I believe it takes anywhere from two to four hours, so if you say the latter it would mean the digestive process in the stomach stopped around 6 pm.. ish when they died.
The thing that I picked up on was the mushrooms in the stomach.
Were they the same mushrooms from lunch, in which case how could the stomach still have food in it containing mushrooms at midnight if that's when they died?
Nobody has ever said they saw them eating anywhere else after lunch and in any case as I said before, they were going to Romford for a big meal.

    • @theweasel-uf7dn
      @theweasel-uf7dn 9 місяців тому +4

there is a reason your not to eat 2 hour prior to opperation. because your stomach needs to be empty.
the reason you should not eat 2hour prior to going bed its the same reason not good to lie down to sleep with food in your tummy..
small intestine to exit. anywhere between 4 hours in my case, 8 to 24 standard, and up to and over 6 days.
fluid and fine particles go through much quicker. if you chew your food allott, quicker.
the acid in stomach keeps digesting after death. the stomach has acid in it what will keep dissolving the food.

As a stoma nurse digestion varies in everybody. It depends how much you chew and the type of food your eating aswell and if your eating on an empty stomach.
Mushrooms are notoriously hard to digest. Same as sweetcorn. Some people's bodies can empty really fast and others can have a sluggish system.
Certain drugs in the system like you mentioned can also speed up the process.
I've got a patient who's system can take 5 days to empty.
But realistically in my opinion if they ate at lunchtime and there's still food in the stomach at autopsy then the window of digestion can be anywhere from 5 to 8 hours. Especially with mushrooms as they need at least 5 hours to move through the stomach.
But if you die then your body stops the entire digestion process and enzymes take over. Food will basically rot inside you as you rot. So things will remain in the stomach.

It was a statement, whoever was able to get them down that lane unarmed was either trusted or not deemed a threat. That person or persons could just as easily have them pull into a warehouse never to be seen again, no fuss just 3 mispers. So surely, for some reason this had to be public, even with all the complications that that would entail. Could be that someone wanted it to be in every newspaper and television channel and they had the pull or leverage to get others to do their bidding, or it was a statement saying look how powerful we are, now take heed. The horse bolted 25 years ago and the stable door has rotted off its hinges.

I am unsure how strong Albert s point is about Jack's phone use shortly after 5.00 pm
Albert suggests his phone use puts him at Sudbury at this time
This being the case he could not have been at Mark's Try at the time Nicholls suggests
Two points suggest themselves to me
This account given by Nicholls was many months after the murders so it's unreasonable to expect precise accuracy in his account
Secondly ..am I not right in believing that at the time of Jacks phone use he could have been on the outskirts of the area covered by the transmitter
so quite close to Mark's Tey
On a broader point I am surprised that Albert and David continue to cling to the wreckage of Jacks ridiculous statement that he just happened to be up the road from the farm track at the time the police believe they were shot because he had travelled from Suffolk to pick up his pals vehicle which happened to have broken down at that spot.
Can I suggest that this needs to be abandoned and an alternative explanation be found for Whome s presence if the sceptics are to be converted

All the witnesses hearing gun shots all say the same thing. There was a flurry of gun shots ,none of them say there was a gap then more gunshots. This means the shotgun must have had a extended magazine, as most take five some six without one. Billy Jasper states that the shotgun was sawn off. There were eight stots in total there fore the gun must have been full length as the magazine would be longer than the barrel so wouldn't fit in the bag. You would have to strip it down for it to fit. Billy says the gun was alreay assembled. This fact alone dissmises his version of events. Please could you clarify this matter.

In the UK a shotgun certificate cover's a pump or semi-auto up to 3 shot, you can get 5 shot with a firearms certificate. Before the laws changed in the late 90's you could get 8 shot shotgun's (probably still can illegally), & yea, it could have been one with the stock cut-off. Definitely an 8 shot weapon used & most likely a semi-automatic.

So has this Angela Yallop actually done a forensic examination of the range rover, or exhibits?. How long after the murders did essex police keep the range rover for. I thought it was gotten rid of reasonably quickly; and is there a legal amount of time that vehicles like that have to be kept for after a serious crime.
