considering the fact that his bio states he launched operations just for the thrill also means he probably got many good toppats killed while also running the clan out of money.
Honestly my favourite part of his character is that in the betrayed he only betrays you because he genuinely thinks your a bad leader since he gets the chance too in another route and doesnt
I actually like how this makes the Toppats seems more like a family then a buisness or gang. They have values, and care about loyalty, strength, and honor
I love how even the higher ups, all though still having tons of power, don't use it in their life. Like right before Henry encountered RHM and Wilhelm Kreighaus during Jewel Baron, RHM is just chilling drinking a soda while Will is just eating a sandwich. Really shows how chill they are.
Also notice how there is never an ending where RHM or Reggie are the only one of the pair left. In GSPI, BOTH RHM and REGGIE were arrested, in Jewel Baron, BOTH RHM and REGGIE died, and in TCW BOTH died. Besides that they are perfectly fine.
I think the Jaques painting is less him getting trapped and more like a snapshot in time, like if Henry jumped into any of the other paintings the same thing would happen, kind of like how you can replay missions in Mario 64, it is just a fragment of that part in time
I’m surprised that you didn’t mention the routes that have Right hand man as the leader. To be fair he doesn’t get many moments as chief, but it’s made clear that he’s still Reginalds right hand man, he’s leading because he was next in line, not because he wanted to lead. He’s fully content with Henry stealing the Gold train cart, and when he does go after Henry stealing the cart it’s because he stalled the train, possibly delaying the rocket launch, not because of the wealth inside. That implies to me That RHM isn’t a strong leader, he’s just trying to fulfil Reginalds final plans. It’s possible that RHM, despite being physically strong, won’t hold on to power because he’s not a natural leader, and could get replaced by Mr Macbeth or another high ranking Toppat (Probably not Sven)
Oh yeah he's never had the goal of being a leader he's always wanted to be in second place it seems he's loyal to the leader you can say that much for absolute certainty but I don't think he'd ever choose to be the leader himself unless he had to like for example if there was a for some reason sudden inability to have Reginald as the leader such as for example him dying in combat and being unable to be brought back and if that's the case he would probably assume temporary control until he could find someone who actually wanted to be the leader and could be proven to show some of the key traits of a good top hat leader like for example maybe Henry

The theorizing here is really creative! Your ability to take things from characters personalities and infer that to their backstories is super impressive!
Great video, I loved it! Though I like to think Reginald's second hat he has stacked on top of his original hat belonged to Terrence. It implies to me that Reginald dealt with Terrence and his poor leadership directly, probably using the same means if booting him off the airship like The Betrayed or the beginning of Toppat Civil Warfare, keeping the hat has a trophy to his victory and a sign of his influence. Interesting to note: if the second hat did belong to Terrence, then Reginald giving that same hat to Henry in RPE might hold some significance in how Reginald views Henry. By giving Henry, who has no prior knowledge of the clan or its history, the hat of the worst leader they've ever had on record, it might indicate to a few veteran members that Henry is not to be trusted despite his power. After all, when Henry is recruited properly with Ellie in TR, he gets his own custom made top hat and is welcomed in through a proper ceremony. That's just my take on it, though.
I'd like to think that, in the Toppat King Timeline, Henry got to see firsthand the true value of teamwork and mutual trust & cooperation, even among Thieves. And with the bond he chooses to foster alongside Ellie Rose, I'd hope that they'd continue to foster loyalty within the clan like Reg & RHM before them.
I think Sven was probably in charge of the space station project. It’s a high ranking position but one that pretty much just requires you to administrate and orchestrate rather than come up with your own ideas. He strikes me very much of the sort of person who is entirely happy to be important but not actually in charge of anything. However when the previous leadership was taken out he was in charge of their biggest ongoing project, possibly even the only way the clan had to bounce back. In that situation what is he to do? He can either take control or get shot in the back by someone else.
Very good episode, very creative! Now, for my Post-CtM theories on the top hat’s future. Toppat Recuits: Possibly really really good for the Toppat’s future. Reginald is already a good leader, and under his leadership, Henry is a great crook who can do some pretty insane heists Toppat King: In my eyes, undoubtedly the best for the future of the Toppats. When Henry works alone, he’s a very self centered, greedy, and risk taking. However, with Ellie as his right hand, I believe his selfish desires will be kept in check by the equally opportunistic yet more loyalty-valuing Ellie. Meanwhile, Reginald and RHM working as top ops in the clan means their unique skills can still utilized to the fullest. Toppats 4 Life: Likely the worst outcome where Henry Allies with the Toppats. Henry is left in charge without supervision, meaning he has no obstacles in driving the clan into the ground when it suits him. We learn he was a good leader in the Toppats, but he is not loyal to them, and will spend his days in luxury on board the space station, until a government surprise attack in the prototype space fighters brings an end to Henry, and the rest of the clan as well.
Henry Stickmin is one of the most underrated game ever made, it’s so funny, and the stakes are high, every character is great, and it’s just really fun
This has nothing to do with the video but I want to mention this The Two Ranks ItA:Relentless Bounty Hunter FtC:Presumed Dead Have RPG Game references And then the ending that uses those two ranks (little nest egg) also has an RPG Game reference
I imagine in the Toppat king timeline, Henry's portrait in the station (If he ever eventually got one) would list him as "One of the greatest leaders in Toppat history, single handedly saving the entire clan by putting his life on the line"
You know, building off this idea, there's an interesting contrast between the two endings where Henry solidifies his position as Toppat leader; 'Toppat 4 Life' and 'Toppat King'. In T4L, Henry becomes a singular 'strongman' leader by single-handedly beating back an attack on the clan to secure his position. Essentially he's become just like so many of the other singularly capable leaders of the Clan who we can see as more in it for themselves. While TK shows Henry actually takes more after Reginald; fighting alongside and sticking his neck out for Reg and other members, generally working and fighting for the betterment of the clan as a whole, and even establishing a co-leadership with Ellie just as Reginald did with RHM. Basically, the former ending shows Henry ditching everything Reginald learned and going back to the old ways, while the latter show Henry basically following Reginald's example as a leader.
I feel like the Sir Wilford to Terrence Suave happened in a similar fashion to the Lion King plot: Terrence kills Wilford, presumably in a way that no one immediately knew it was him. After some time during his reckless, incompetent leadership, Reginald, who likely looked up to Wilford, overthrew Terrence (who knows, maybe Wilford's ghost ratted him out to Reggie)
there's not much backstory to made there, he's a quite simple character incompetent policeman who got mixed up with something way to big for him to handle (Toppats)
@@justaguy8711 I think you are referring to the entire US Government. But during the events in ITA-CTM, it's only the military that is taking part in that battle. Toppats at least partially control the goverment. At least they did, and the reason why he is on the station and possibly the reason they're retreating into space as a whole is because their spy Network inside the goverment has collapsed and most of their agents got captured leaving only a handful like the mayor alone seeking refuge. And with such losses toppats couldn't monitor the goverment as much as in the past and also the goverment could have investigated (tortured.) toppat spies into telling them about main toppat bases and ongoing operations, prompting the toppats to retreat it all to one highly guarded location from which they hoped to safely flee from the impending doom
Thanks for making this video, I was looking forward to it and you didn't disappoint at all! Those two are my favourite characters from this series that I love so much.
I think Henry could be a good leader cause in the Toppat King ending, you get that by saving Ellie, which Henry didn't have to do in the first place o3o
I think that the reason he was in the luxury escape pod during the Valient Hero ending is because VH follow GSPI where he is the leader so it would make sense that because he is the leader he deserves a spot in the escape pod.
I'm surprised you haven't talked about how in completing the mission and fleeing the complex Reginald loses his second hat and gold chain because Henry became leader
Henry is not the worst thing that hapenned to Toppats , the loyalist said he was pretty good leader , and he did alot of succesfull operation make the clan more rich , and in the toppat king ending regginald said , thanks to henrys effort we will able to deploy the space station
I dont think that is confirmed in any way. It looks like that in the outro, but there is nothing official. We know that other more powerful people exist within the toppats, and unlike Henry, Ellie has not defeated anyone for the role
@@xseros7954 The commander will be the leader of the Delta Command. [PS: I wish the clan will follow the ranking system of the Chaos Insurgency, from the low-ranking Alphas to the all-powerful Deltas. They are insurgents after all, eh?]

I have a theory: What if Kensington What the 75th Leader of the Toppat Clan? Because his course says “Course 75” And the other leaders have numbers in the order they ruled! If that’s the case here’s how it is: 71: Dusty 72: Cloudface 73: Randy Radman 74: Reynaldo the Brute 75: Jacques Kensington 76: TRNK 77: Billy G 78: Sir Wilford IV 79: Terrence Suave 80: Reginald Copperbottom Future Leaders by ItA and CtM paths: GSPI Paths: 81: Sven Svenson CeO, TT and VH: Sven stays as leader SBO: Arrested by Government PBT Paths: JB and PP: Reginald stays as leader until is death TR: Reginald remains as leader and survives SSR: Arrested by Government RBH Paths: 81: RHM 82: Sven Svenson FM and LNE: RHM stays as leader CG and MBH: RHM stays as leader until his death or arrest, Sven becomes the 82nd Leader RPE Paths: 81: Henry Stickmin 82: Ellie Rose Note: Reginald says in TB that he became leader again. However, for simplicity sakes. I’ll count Reginald as “acting leader” and not the official leader of the Toppats. In R Henry was still the leader, but Reginald didn’t give Henry position of leader. So, Henry was leader until his death. In T4L, Reginald was acting leader and have Henry his position of leadership back. TCW: Henry dethroned, Ellie becomes the 82nd Leader TK and T4L: Henry stays as leader R: Henry stays as leader until his death Overall, Most CtM Paths reach the 81st Leader Some CtM Paths reach the 82nd Leader Few have Reginald Stay as the 80th Leader
I mean... With that ending part of you describing them sticking together and weathering whatever and all that, is it really any surprise people ship them? It's certainly not so poetic in the games, but really. Great vid regardless lol

Isn't Billie G the one who spread them out into divisions in the first place because think about it there's no way trunk when made that decision and he's the most recent one and he's shown in the airship which means that he was the one who he was the one who made that decision plus Sir Wilford killed Billy and that's when the cracks formed.
Maybe they've been around for hundreds of years and were already wearing tophats, then they started selling them to not look like a gang but rather a bunch of people that wear tophats.
I’m doubtful RHM getting cybernetics was something that was proposed and insisted by Reggie. Considering the fact that he is still a cyborg in all the Relentless Bounty Hunter paths, and Reginald was arrested in that ITA ending.

I think that the reason he was in the luxury escape pod during the Valient Hero ending is because VH follow GSPI where he is the leader so it would make sense that because he is the leader he deserves a spot in the escape pod.
Stuff I need to pass the schoolyear: I sleep
Toppat Clan lore: *REAL SHIT*
Please don't curse. I don't like it.
@@ShakylaDenniss1qq you’re on the internet deal with it honestly
I watched the Charles analysis yesterday and then this comes out, nice
I'm not sure if you've covered this, but in the intro at 1:25 has right hand man holding what seems to be the tf2 scout's bat
I'm surprised you haven't talked about how in completing the mission and fleeing the complex Reginald loses his second hat and gold chain because Henry became leader
This doesn't feel, can't be canon, yet it's still just as good!
Henry is not the worst thing that hapenned to Toppats , the loyalist said he was pretty good leader , and he did alot of succesfull operation make the clan more rich , and in the toppat king ending regginald said , thanks to henrys effort we will able to deploy the space station
How is it that each theory this guy makes on the game is a hundred times better than the last?
i like these theories, they make enough sense to possibly be canon
Who needs to study math when there's Henry Stickman lore to be understood.
Darn it these videos highlight so much! Canon or not this is why I love this game!!! Best video series of all time!
Wow, I had no idea that the Stickmin lore could get this deep and rich. Really makes me want a Stickmin RPG game.
I hate these because of how right he is just pure respect for the time he takes to gather this info
Technically Ellie Rose would count as a leader for the Toppat Clan Leader in Toppat Civil Warfare.
@@leguichettravel1599 ...what?
@@superluigidummy Do you even read the Foundation logs or what?
@@superluigidummy AKA the SCP Foundation database kid.
Fun Fact: the mayor is a member of the Toppat Clan
Ok, did you have to put Vindicated in there? I legitimately almost cried when I saw what happened at the very end of Revenged.
Also note that terrence suave carries jacques kensington’s gun
*Toppat leader dies*
Ali Gene: Yo we iz needin' like a new bossman
“And who’s there to support Reginald when things go wrong?”
(Ad) “Ooey Gooey crunchy goodness! The only way to s’mores!”
THIS IS GOING TO BE SO GOOD
You guys do realize that the topat with a cheese hat is found in almost every route
I feel like right hand man could also be trying to forget his own actual name, tryigg to forget his past?
This video kinda makes me feel for the toppats lmao 💀
Same bro🗿
God i love toppat so much. I wish i was there as one of them.
Same
Reginald seems to be both a good and bad guy at the same time.
Could you please do one of these, but for the Wall?
By the way, Billy G might be referencing "Billy Jeans" by Michael Jackson as the characters are "he's not my lover".
Just remember guys, its a theory, A GAME THEORY
Aaaaaand cut!
2 Left Thumbs is the Game Theory version of Henry Stickmin
Wow, you just made me respect Reginald copperbottom
If they ever team up with the government I think that would be cool
Sgt. Foley: Are you so sure about that?
I think TRNK is Reynaldo the Brute Because he was popular and I guess they wanted him back But When he was revived as TRNK He didn't have any emotion other than being rude or some could say a brute
This video represents the game perfectly
(The first 20 minutes)
I have a theory: What if Kensington What the 75th Leader of the Toppat Clan? Because his course says “Course 75” And the other leaders have numbers in the order they ruled!
If that’s the case here’s how it is:
71: Dusty
72: Cloudface
73: Randy Radman
74: Reynaldo the Brute
75: Jacques Kensington
76: TRNK
77: Billy G
78: Sir Wilford IV
79: Terrence Suave
80: Reginald Copperbottom
Future Leaders by ItA and CtM paths:
GSPI Paths:
81: Sven Svenson
CeO, TT and VH: Sven stays as leader
SBO: Arrested by Government
PBT Paths:
JB and PP: Reginald stays as leader until is death
TR: Reginald remains as leader and survives
SSR: Arrested by Government
RBH Paths:
81: RHM
82: Sven Svenson
FM and LNE: RHM stays as leader
CG and MBH: RHM stays as leader until his death or arrest, Sven becomes the 82nd Leader
RPE Paths:
81: Henry Stickmin
82: Ellie Rose
Note: Reginald says in TB that he became leader again.
TCW: Henry dethroned, Ellie becomes the 82nd Leader
TK and T4L: Henry stays as leader
R: Henry stays as leader until his death
Overall,
Most CtM Paths reach the 81st Leader
Some CtM Paths reach the 82nd Leader
Few have Reginald Stay as the 80th Leader
I was not ready for this 😂
I mean... With that ending part of you describing them sticking together and weathering whatever and all that, is it really any surprise people ship them? It's certainly not so poetic in the games, but really. Great vid regardless lol
This looks like it will be interesting
i think Reginald Copperbottom is a reference to Oswald Cobblepot, more known as The Penguin
LETS GOOO MORE HENRY STICKMIN THEORIES
FUCK YEAH REGINALD EPISODE!
2 Left Thumbs: Not Aggressively Evil or Vindictive
Soundtrack: Vindicated by Ockeroid
Me: *Notices the Tune Used* Nice...But I still don't cry over Vindicated.
Babe wake up, new henry stickmin lorr video dropped out
Hahahahaha i just saw the gremlin bio in this 13:51 greatest thing ever, better even than Charles' plans.
Just binged all ur videos
2:57 Henry knows what is doing
Look at his earpiece
You soab
if reginald sees this he’s gonna feel like that they are not the clan anymore and discount
Bro i wanted to be in the topphat clan idk why tho
You will be working from the starting rank mate called the Alphas.
someone needs to make a HOI4 mod for the toppat clan
Some1 count how many top hats/ top hat he said
I counted 3 times
Theory:rhm is a member of the sir willford family his hat is pretty big and he is also a fierce leader
Billy G sounds like the song by Michael Jackson along with the line "He's not my lover"
at 31:26 it has the same toppat guy (the one with a black suit) at the museum in stealing the tunisian diamond when the intro cutscene plays
Read his CtM bio.
Didn't know that the mayor from Stealing the Diamond was a member of the Toppat Clan
Isn't Billie G the one who spread them out into divisions in the first place because think about it there's no way trunk when made that decision and he's the most recent one and he's shown in the airship which means that he was the one who he was the one who made that decision plus Sir Wilford killed Billy and that's when the cracks formed.
28:48 he then said he would not hesitate to leave people behind
You can’t blame us shipping Reggie and righty there’s loyal then there’s oh they’re definitely lovers
theyre married im puffballs
Real
we love you!!💖💜💚💛🧡❤💙 Thank you for posting Everyday and Making us Smile😁🙌 We appreciate you sooooo much😍
Itd be cool if you could do a video on the chaos control center!
Honestly, the game at the beginning of the vid looks like Terraria If Terraria was an RPG.
Maybe they've been around for hundreds of years and were already wearing tophats, then they started selling them to not look like a gang but rather a bunch of people that wear tophats.
that makes no sense
I’m doubtful RHM getting cybernetics was something that was proposed and insisted by Reggie. Considering the fact that he is still a cyborg in all the Relentless Bounty Hunter paths, and Reginald was arrested in that ITA ending.
A bit off topic but Beloved Rapture gave me immediate Chrono Trigger vibes to the point where I thought, for a second, that the sponsor was for Chrono Trigger. lol
i have a Plot Twist to your Theory: what if RHM is Reginal's Father or Brother Figure? (i think latter fits in better with Reg's Leader Days)
