I'm sure plenty of people have at least thought of converting toy Replicas like this before, but I'm surprised I've never seen a video of someone doing it until now!
Genuinely one of the better hobby channels I’ve seen. I pray for nothin g but the best for your channel, as it is honestly some of the best work I have ever seen. God bless.
@Maker_HQ Very cool! I did a similar toy to prop conversion on a Han Blaster a few years ago. My blaster had a functioning soundboard and genuine Mauser pistol scales.
I have one of those toys sat in a box waiting for conversion to a DL44. I think this video will inspire me to finally get started on it! Yours looks great.
In the late 90s I think it was I bought a toy Han Solo blaster. It was orange or red. I painted the grip brown, the gun black and the muzzle silver. It came out very nice.
Any one that makes prop guns a good way to weight them is to fill empty spaces with hot glue works amazing and fill each side and then you can still open it up if needed
Really cool transformation, I would have coated it with a gloss finish in the end to make it look like it's made out of metal and also to protect the paintwork a bit.~ Still awesome job!
@@AAAAA-jm3xn I missed the opportunity to buy one of those cheap water pistols that were a perfect copy of Deckard's pistol! They're super expensive now =( otherwise I would

@@AAAAA-jm3xn yeah maybe for myself but I wouldn't do a long form video on just building a 3d printed pistol unless I had a hand in its design or I made it one of a kind

Impressive conversion there buddy. How long did it take for you to do this project. It look so realistic compared to that other replica that was released. Looks very detailed !!!!. Love the finish. Makes me want to watch Star Wars again LOL.

Mauser C-96 as a nerf gun. I love that idea.
It’s close to one but it’s a cheap coy of one :(
Does it have a normal length mag or just the long one?
@@Oonga_boongaa Mauser is a clip one that uses a internal mag

@@Big_bird-awe I was asking about the toy
The dry brushing with silver really makes it work. Excellent.

I remember looking for a video like this when I was like 14 and now here it is 10 years later
I’m legitimately baffled at how you don’t have over a million subs, your content is honestly at that level, great job!
Agreed, could not agree more. This chap is an artist 🙂
His thumbnails look too amateurish and don't attract viewers. You don't get to have a big viewership just by doing cool stuff, unfortunately.
@@danielebrambilla2290 I'd rather not make clickbait

@@danielebrambilla2290 that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying my content isn't 'cool' so any kind of click-baity thumbnail would be... Click bait xD
Amazing quality and attention to details. Very enjoyable video to watch also will follow you
fun fact, han solos blaster in the first couple of movies was a mauser c96 that was dressed up to look like how han solos blaster was supposed to.
