Your voice, recording, and overall background on this video was spot on. Your the best!! I’ve started watching your videos just after you started this channel and I’m so glad I did. I love rewatching your videos. Keep it up Mark.

You are such a great story teller. You provide so much detail and clarity to your stories that it's like I was there. Unfortunately, I fell asleep half-way through last night, so I will see if I can make it through the whole thing tonight. GREAT video, as always!
Hi Scott, so many people like this one.....thanks for your support my friend...I really enjoyed making this video coz it brought back so many good memories of working at the cinema....and seeing so many movies for free...lol....;)
Thank you my friend, a few people have commented on this video saying the same thing...thanks for your support my friend, have an amazing weekend....:)
This is a perfect cure for insomnia and I love the Exorcist and cinema job anecdotes. It took me a coupla nights to get the full story on account of I kept falling asleep, so that's a good thing.
I came across your channel and absolutely live it!! I especially love that you tell stories from your time in the past, I just love hearing stories from way back in those years. Makes me wish I grew up in those times. My grandma always tell me those were the best times, good music and everything. Keep doing what your doing!!!
When I was in graduate school living in Georgia I worked at a movie theater for a couple of years - i would see some movies so many times that i knew the dialogue -- we used to get tickets to give to family but my family was in another state so i would give those comp tickets to my Professors -- i remember when i had a huge practical exam - it was the Professor aka Dr. B and myself and classmate Ed -- the first question the Professor asked me was "have any free movie tickets?" -- lol - you bet, handed him 4 of them. Got a very good grade. Working at a movie theater didn't pay big, but it had it's benefits.

My favourite video by far. Listen to it all the time! My dad told me stories of when he went to see the Exorcist when he was 13. Same story, everyone got sick 😂
It was a lot of fun working in the movie theater, it brought back so many memories of when I was a teen when I made this video...thanks for your kind comments and for tuning in....;)
There's a disturbing fact about that scene from The Exorcist you were talking about. William Friedkin hired an actual radiographer named Paul Bateson for the seen. A few years later, Bateson was arrested for the murder of a Variety reporter named Addison Verrill. The whole story is wild, The Village Voice did an article about the killing when there were no leads and Bateson actually called the reporter and gave him an entire account of the murder. The reporter contacted the police with several details that hadn't been made public (a stolen credit card and Crisco shortening being used in a sex act - police found the residue but weren't able to identify it) then the police went to the reporters apartment to do a trace if Bateson called again, instead a friend of Bateson called and identified him to a reporter. When Bateson was in jail, he confessed to several murders (although police didn't investigate these) in Manhattan's BDSM nightclub scene. Friedkin heard about this and that inspired his film Cruising with Al Pacino about a cop who goes undercover in the gay BDSM scene to catch a killer and begins having an identity crisis. Bateson was featured in the Netflix series Mindhunter produced by David Fincher and Charlize Theron.
Haha what are the odds I just left a retro theater with my girlfriend about the same time this video dropped 😂 We saw Smile 2022, we both agreed it was a 6/10, had great moments but overall not something to return to.
Another comment after having watched this video... I'm 26, good to know that snowflakes and Karens aren't just an element of the modern generation, people would actually queue up in the freezing cold for ages and pay their hard earned cash to see a movie that they know fine well is "controversial" just to walk out in disgust and complain to the school kids working in the theatre back in the early 70s 🤣🤣
David Niven had a funny comment about that streaker at the academy awards. He said that was probably the only laugh the streaker ever got in his life by stripping off his clothes and showing his shortcomings.
I watched the exorcist for the first time after watching your vid and it had me scared a bit like two times but I guess horror standards back then were different for like satanic stuff😶
What are you even talking about. He isn't depressed. He's been gaming like crazy instead 🥳 I love his ASMR gaming videos. Morph isn't the type to be upset for another person doing well on UA-cam. He loves watching UA-camrs himself.
I would rather watch this video at home instead of going out to a movie theater for a new-release movie........no wonder Hollywood is so scared of youtube.
