Love the crisp sound of the snares. Our Marching Hornet (ASU) snares had that crisp sound back in the 70s and 80s when I was a student. My brother who played snare in the JSU Sonic Boom of the South admired how crisp our snares sounded.

The band really hasn't gotten the recognition they deserve.
I guarantee after this 1st year with the new band director oh he's definitely GONNA have DSU recognized now.
Snares clean
The band is wonderful! It is so different from when I attended DSC in the 70s.
That was really good. Usually I don't like to listen to the drum line, but I listened to this entire thing! Outstanding. I was dancing myself!

I was in the spartan legion. I do like how they slow the beat down for the tubas. Very smooth...
