My new winter hobby along with many other wood working projects!
Since October of 2022 I have been woodworking with what tools I had. The idea was to have something to do during the winter months. While I have always liked anything made of wood, whether is is a deck or a carving, I just had a love for it.

Hi Amy,
I appreciate you sharing all of the aspects of scroll saw projects. The good and the challenging. You are doing so great! Even though you haven’t been doing this long, I would have never known. It is all going to be a learning experience. I’m so sad things went wrong with the A, but I hope you can pick up with that again, and still complete it at some point.

Oh Amy, I hear ya! I've been there. From pilot holing an entire letter project, all in the wrong location, to snapping off the delicate letter pieces that need to stay. Deep breath! I ended up having to change from a #5 to a #2 blade...which I couldn't en see cutting. Magnifier helped, but I had to keep angling my head to see without distortion from the lens.
