They were to send it back and get a full refund. That’s the thing though, they kept the chain that was sent, and sent back some bs chain that costed like $50-$100. This was through eBay though. I imagine something like that could have worked in other scenarios. It’s like you have to record showing yourself putting it in the package and driving it straight to ups to cover your ass. What other way is there really? It seems this little stunt or similar will work with anyone one time. I do believe though that karma is very real. I guess after you read this you may just want to delete this message to not give people ideas if they read it you know. I’m about 4 hours from that place in Michigan.

I'm curious what needs to be signed for ?.....I got a pendant off you and it was around 600$.....and I was under the impression I had to sign for it...,I even think it said that I did on certain orders over a certain amount.......anyway I waited for like 5 hours so I did not miss him and no bs went down.......so i got the email it was delivered and I went downstairs and it was just in my mailbox and nobody signed anything 😂........I don't care but what the hell ....I wouldn't have waited lol......is that the mailman just saying fuck it or what?..

I was looking at your website I noticed you take payment through PayPal which is not the most reliable safe methods of payment not sure if you accept credit card and you also don't accept refunds any kind I didn't see any pictures of k stamp I don't see anything saying chains are come certified authenticity I mean I really want to buy one from your website but I mean there's no offense there's a lot of red flags really good pricing I mean considerably lower then any other Jeweler I could find only means of payment paypal no return no authenticity I'm just curious why you have none of these things that any other personal people selling jewelry usually have
Paypal is just 1 option. Cards are fine as well. The way I see it, there's no reason to ask for a return/refund because I know what I sell. To me, I have them at great prices, offer free insured shipping, include my jewelry box, pouch, microfiber cloth, authenticity card, and led charger cable so you have to look at it from my point of view. I'd like to think that I'm doing you all the favor by allowing someone like myself to not charge so high like everyone else and the last you can do is to make sure you get your eifes permission or whoever before making your purchase and sticking to it. I have done refunds and exchanges for customers on a case by case basis. Just know that I charge the shipping I had to pay to them, and then they're responsible for shipping the chain back to me safely with everything that was included. Yes, I have my own authenticity cards. Yes true, some or most of my vids I guess I don't show the 14k stamps as I know and alot of my customers know what I got. Some videos I do show them while others the craftsmanship of the ropes is what's important to me and therefore I show that. I have a total of 85 reviews with pics on my site which is less than half of my customers praising me and the chains. It's up to you as you don't have to take my word for it lol.

If a package looks tampered with then refuse delivery since every package requires signature. If you're not home, fedex option can be chosen and be held at an office near your address if mentioned in comments section. I have way over 1000 5 star reviews all across my site so for the most part, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Nah it was ups 2 day air. I think he decided to lie about it cuz he knows it was supposed to be signed for but for whatever reason the dumb ups guy didn't ask for a signature and left it in front of his door. He got the package but figure he tell me that it ain't in there. Anyone in Michigan?

Now I video every package as it's sealed and then packed into a sealed envelope or mailer. On most gold over a certain price I include a GPS tracker that I bill the customer for and refund them once they drop it in the mail back. It's super easy since everything is printed and paid for. All they need to do is put it in the included envelope and drop in the mail. I'll ship without the GPS tracker but not using PayPal and I make it very clear that any issues will go through the insurance process from their end. Most customers actually welcome the extra security especially after they realize the few extra bucks gets returned to them.
