I have a 4mm flat curb from Hawaii Rope Chains, and I am loving it. I agree on what you have said in terms of smaller width chains. My largest gold chain is 5.5mm, and I think that is my upper limit width for daily chains.
I like it a lot especially at thinner width. Because as you go larger on flat curbs (say, 7mm or up), the amount of empty spaces make it look bad. One of my friends told me that I look better with my flat curb than my 3mm dc rope, not because of the width but chain style. I also think that Hawaii Rope Chains' flat curbs have smaller gaps than some others, which I adore.
really nice. Looks good. Why did you choose to get your flat curb with HRC and not JACOJE? People buy from both. Ropes, curbs. Any particular reason you bought your flat curb with HRC? and do you notice any differences in the flat curbs from HRC vs JACOJE?
I want to pick up a bigger Flat Curb or Mariner Bracelet, I got a 5mm Flat Curb just not sure if it's going to be "big" enough and picked up a couple of Pendants, all in 14k. Loving Hawaii Rope Chain. @@melissanacional9662
So tell me something....Im looking at the 5.5 flat curb for HRC. Now i got one form someone else, not going to say how but it was terrible. The chain was jaged and sharp and came in at 4.2 grams lighter then advertised. What I want to know if this chain is smooth and how close was the grams to what was advertised? Thanks love your videos buy the way, keep it up. Thanks
Look to see if there is a JJ stamp on it. Those JJ chains are very high quality. There are 2 different shapes for a flat curb. One is oval shape. The other is round. I like them both, but the round one captures more light, in my opinion
do you think a 2mm flat curb is too small/light of a chain. The chain is 3.9 grams and the pendant is 1.9 grams or would you say a 1.5mm rope is better as that’s in my budget compared to a 2mm rope or would you say the 1.5 is just too thin
@@melissanacional9662 a little update: I decided on a bracelet instead, as I kind of like being able to see the piece more. I was waiting for the 4mm flat curb bracelet from Jacoje to restock, so I emailed them and Braden replied that it would be ~7 weeks till it restocks. Myself not being very patient, I got a 3mm flat curb bracelet from Sarraf (haven't heard much bad things about them. I've seen they don't solder their jump rings so if that is the case with mine, I'll take it to a jeweler) instead. I know 3mm might be a little thin for a bracelet, but I was kind of going for understated. I'll probably make a video on it!
@melissanacional9662 and within an hour, talked my girlfriend into a 22" for herself. We are also into Commodity fragrances have you tried their scent space collection? Gold+ and Velvet+ are my favorites

Love your channel, love your chain and the Sopranos. Because of you, I just bought a few chains from Hawaii Rope Chains. I appreciate your content.
Love that! What did you pick up?

That’s sick! Love the flat links!

You made some excellent points in this video. I think a 3mm curb with a saint medal looks 100 times better than a 12mm Miami Cuban.

Such a nice link and also resembles a herringbone look while wearing 💯. Always enjoy watching the show
Appreciate you!

Looks great!! Definitely gonna be my first gold chain
You’ll love it!

This video came up in my suggestions as the 3mm flat curb from Jacoje restocks. Just copped!
Love that!

How does the rope and flat curb pair together?
Would it be okay to have a 2mm flat curb with a small pendant or is the chain too small
You can put pendants on anything

Is the connel chain a flat curb ?
Looks like it. Either a flat or just a regular curb
Do you know what Carmela wears on the Sopranos? Her stack is amazing.
Is this the Italian finish?
Fantastic review
Thank you!
Compare the flat curb from HRC to the marine from Jacoje
I wanted to buy
Great video! The chain should complement your look, not be the focal point.
I thought the 585 stood for Rochester🫣🫣

Wear gold plated jewelry but buy real gold and silver coins for investment 😉. Never rely on jewelry as investment people
