@@freddygolzofficial4129 I've tried silica and my levels have not budged. Anything that is recommended doesn't seem to work and I do not have chelation available to me which seems like the best choice.
How did you test it? with a blood test? It can be pick up on a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) or OligoScan test, OligoScan the result can be seen within minutes of the test

If it is high in fluoride it must be watered down with tap water. When I first brought a Brita water filter jug I noticed the filtered water was not much different from unfiltered tap water. I can understand why some people might buy a filtering system and quickly lose interest with the on going cost to keep it going . I heard that to filter water best, the water needs to go through water filters at least three times, so I went and bought another water jug filter. I use the old jug to get water from the tap and pass water from jug to jug twice so the water goes through a filter four times and drink the water from the new jug. I am sure the water feels softer or something, unless the extra filtering gives me some kind of placebo effect. This comment of passing water through filters at least three times is backed up by someone who needed to filter water enough to make his own home wine succeed. On the new Oligoscan they they recently added Fluoride and call it FLUOR (how kinky) I took a liking to sparkling gape juice, the FLUOR went from almost borderline minimum (due to drinking water filtered four times) to near borderline maximum , not only that the calcium took a dive, First suggesting to me they use tap water in sparkling grape juice for the FLUOR boost, But in all honestly the reason for reduced calcium could be from the "carbonated" drink that takes out Calcium.
Great question! The amount of silicate in that product is not enough to counter the aluminum. I encourage my clients to avoid aluminum containing beauty products.
Hello, Nutritionist Maria H replying. If I need to stop and get a water at a gas-station when I am out because I have nothing else, that is when I will buy one (personally). Otherwise, I try my best to limit drinking water out of plastic bottles. Drew mentioned this being a good source of silica, and while it is a great little tip and actually pretty awesome - we are potentially exchanging one toxin for another. Water can sit in plastic containers for up to 10 years. I will do DE (Diatomaceous Earth) or grind a silica tablet into my smoothie with collagen. An added benefit is silica helps the body absorb the collagen better! ;)
The best way to detox is always to nourish up the body with high quality food, balance your minerals as best as possible and let your body detox itself when it has the energy/minerals available to detox itself. The body is self healing and knows when it is capable of a detox. Detoxifying a weak body is always a BAD idea. It only puts more stress on the body.
Yes KatherynInc. I had chlorella (or Coriander) reduced all heavy metals on the heavy metal part of a Oligoscan including Aluminum, lead was a bit longer
What if are senstive to oxalates?
I consume what you’re recommending with the exception of alphalfa and still test with high aluminum.
There are many ways to detoxify aluminum in addition to alfalfa/silica. Look at the medical medium’s heavy metal detox smoothie/protocols.

A lab study showed that although Fiji is high in Silica, it is also high in flouride which is bad.
I agree, I am no longer a fan of Fiji water.
Smart water with magnesium.

@@LangloisVitalNutritionCenter I have a product that contains both, they all do.
How much Fiji water do you drink per day? It's pretty expensive.
Fiji has been contaminated now - do not drink Fiji anymore
