If you are like me, and I hope you are not, and time gets away from you, dehydrate the leftover bread and grind it up for flour and then store in the freezer. Replace some of your usual breading, say for chicken nuggets, fried chicken, breaded fish, shrimp, or inside meatballs or meatloaf, with some of your leftover bread made into flour, so that you don't waste money.

I saw your other comment and liked your idea! How about for hubby some egg fast shakes or ice cream while recovering from his dental work? Those are good and filling! Scrambled eggs, egg bites or muffins with small bits of protein in there like bacon and sausage. I think there's lots he will be able to eat!

I have some extra buns in the fridge that I was annoyed my hubby hadn’t eaten while I was away(since I made them specially for him)but I think I’ll make a bread pudding with them and I know if he won’t eat it, I sure will and I’ll enjoy every morsel! I’ll be making mine more of a traditional bread pudding and have it sweet instead of savoury and with lots of cinnamon and some nutmeg. Yummmmm!

If I have stale bread I dry it and ground it for future use. If I ground it coarser I can bread chicken, Schnitzel, when I ground it fine I get the egg white wonder flour and I need some more before I start experimenting with it but I think about a lasagna noodle dough, dough for pizza crust or cheesecake and for Christmas cookies. Also I will try to make a Spaetzles dough for Spaetzles noodles. I made Bolo aka Bolognese sauce and I would add this meat sauce to a pizza crust and add cheese as a topping of the crust.
I just used some of the ground bread flour or Wendy's power flour in meatloaf. My hamburger wasn't fatty enough so I think I will add pork rinds in addition. I hadn't thought about schnitzel or spaetzles.
These both looked good. Once my BBBE is over, going to have to try these, except would probably put some kind of sauce-maybe alfredo with a chicken and bacon filling.
Maybe I have lower expectations with Keto level products (🤣), but it is so (too) delicious, at least to me. 1/4 cup: Fat 9 g Carbs 2 g Protein 3 g Alfredo pasta sauce with light cream, Parmesan and Romano cheese, butter, black pepper, egg, and salt. I know you have issues with black pepper, Anita, so it may not work for you.
Garlic oil…oh, so tasty with a heavy handed sprinkle of oregano…..then a light handed cheese sprinkle and sausage….with black Kalamata olives and a whisper of onion! 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

No problem! I start out at the lowest speed and once I see that it's all mixed together (just a few seconds) then I put it on high. When adding the yolks I slow it down to #2 (on mine) and then I go 2-3 seconds back on high to just make sure the yolks are well incorporated. Hope that helps!
Absolutely delicious looking, I wish I was as disciplined to only use a small amount of cheese. It’s either nothing at all or it’s all eaten with in a day or so. Try….just beef🐂 bone broth together with a 2 cup ☕☕bulletproof coffee everyday for a month…if still stalled…go for 2 months. The beef broth is unlimited for the day. Add in an 18-20 hour fast! And you should be golden!

I just made a loaf and a flatbread with Wendy’s buttermilk bread. My first one got messed up and didn’t whip up correctly so I had to dump it. What a waste of egg white powder! That pizza looks good. I adore chorizo. U r lucky to have a local butcher.

The recipe I used was written poorly, I wasn’t paying attention and put the fat ingredients in with the egg whites powder and when I realized what I did I tried to remove it. Didn’t do a good enough job and tried to whip it, unsuccessfully. I’m going to try and use the failed batter as pancake batter and see if it anything. If not, I’ll throw it out.
No I don't think so! Many years ago I started getting acid reflux and was prescribed a proton pump inhibitor which I used for 15 years. Two years ago I decided to wean off and boy was that ever covering up a lot of food issues. So now I am medication free but I am also very aware of which foods keep me up all night suffering! Mostly night shades. So that is the back story!
Except for me the sauce keeps me up all night (tomato sauce). One of the reasons I eat this way is some bad food sensitivities. I can only add a cream sauce. But yeah, go for it!

About 20 min but keep an eye on it after 15 min because all our ovens are different and it goes from cooked to over cooked pretty fast!

Anita, do you spray the parchment paper? I made Maria's PSMF pizza dough once, and forgot to spray my paper. The pizza really stuck to the paper.
No I do not. But PSMF is a different batter with other ingredients at play. This batter has yolks as well as whites so will not stick as much.
