  • Do you have the right people in your inner circle? The people we surround ourselves with can have a profound impact on how we see ourselves.
The Pygmalion Effect is a prime example of how others' beliefs and expectations of us can shape our reality by shaping our own self-perception.
The premise is simple. When someone believes in us and has high expectations for what we’re capable of, we tend to rise to meet those expectations. In the same way, if someone has low expectations of us and doesn’t believe in our capability or potential, we may internalize those beliefs and place limit on our potential (Fowler & Christakis, 2008; Friedrich et al., 2015; Baudson et al., 2016; Harris & Orth, 2020).
So take a moment now to consider who you spend the most time with and how you feel when you’re around them.
If you don't have an inner circle who believes in you and instills you with a sense of belief and hope about what’s possible, it's time to find one.
Don't leave your support system to chance.
Seek out people who believe in you and encourage you to pursue what you desire. Connect with mentors, join social groups, or seek out like-minded individuals who share your values and interests.
If you have a supportive inner circle, tag them in the comments to let them know! 👇

The people, thoughts and content we surround ourselves with matters. Positivity spreads happiness, peace, hope, motivation and encouragement; whereas negativity breeds fear, anxiety, doubt and hopelessness. One adds value to our lives and uplifts us while the other subtracts it and brings us down. This clip is a great reminder that we are not for everyone and everyone is not for us and knowing the difference will help us continue to surround ourselves with those that add to our lives and distance ourselves from those that do not. 💛 Great video Shade 🙌 Your content continues to help inspire, motivate and make me self reflect on the ways I can keep on improving my life not only myself, but for others as well. 🙏🕊️😌🫶😊

Dr. Bruce Lipton explains people learn bad habits in childhood by observing the environment and people, because brain is growing and at the same time subconscious mind is created, and brain saves all the experience into the subconscious mind, but the adult person is not aware of these programs from childhood, because they are subconscious programs and feelings, brain as a machine uses these programs as a tool to work.... but the problem is the programs are subconscious 95 percent, so in adulthood they are not even aware of these negative patterns and habits. because the conscious mind works only 5 percent or sometimes only 1 percent. The conscious mind is very creative loving and free, but works only 5 percent.......The subconscious mind works like a machine or computer program, based on thoughts,s and habits that you inherited from people and culture.....If you want to change bad habits you learned as an infant (when your brain was in a growing state) you have to practice meditation, metacognition, or Energy psychology and love empathy and gratitude more than 50 percent of the day......Then the miserable negative person may turn into a very loving happy, creative person who wants to help the community of people.

I believe that if no one believes me, I'm stronger than them. If I have to rely on people for confidence, I'll be paralyzed for the rest of my life. The natives had a ritual for the young man to have confidence. He had to survive obstacles without help from people, but put into practice what he was taught. He had to depend on himself; that's where a hero is born. This is why this generation is so emotionally weak. She speaks beautifully, it's like a sandcastle on the beach.

The inner circle is in your head and in your heart and if you don't have God in your inner circle you are going to be average. He is the only one who can truly make you feel and believe in your self because we're all connected there is a silver lining that runs through all of us and he is that silver lining his DNA is whiting us because he's the source of life.
