HE’S BACK!! Hope all has been well for you. Just in time for spring, love the videos and tutorials my man. Helps with motivation and inspiration. Keep up the work!! Love from SC
Great, I learned more Concepts tricks, thank to you. Unfortunately, with the Windows/Android version, you still cannot edit your brush angle and gradient, Such a bummer that Concepts for Windows is not a full feature app.
Yes. There is a scale function. Can be found under workspace or by tapping the grid option and editing you paper size and scale. Then your measure option will read out realtime measurements. Hope this helps!
I’m using an iPad, which is what I recommended. But depending on your work flow and budget, your needs may be different. iOS as of now has the stronger app market for architects though. Concepts app is doing a lot to close that gap for drawing. But even their iOS version has more than its android version.
@@landshaperstudio getting caught in the "research" rabbit hole. Which specific iPad model are you using? Also, would love to chat about your workflow. I run a Landscape Design/Build company and am trying to switch from the pen and graph paper to more digital. Appreciate the help in advance.
So I am using the iPad Pro 12.9 (4th Gen) with 128gb storage. Runs great. Super smooth and never has an issue. I'm generally pretty good about layer management so I'm not the type to bog a drawing down with 40+ random layers. All that being said, a friend of mine is using the newer ipad 10th gen (not pro) and although it's slightly smaller and is only 64 gb, it's runs great. And there is a considerable price gap there. As for workflow...it's everchanging. Mainly because my clients are always changing their approach. I'm always up for talking shop. You can reach out through the contact info on my website. I do provide consultation as a service, but as long as it's just general conversation and not getting it's step by step/demonstration, we can chalk it up as a friendly industry chat.

Staying hopeful that as we see them move to full cross platform integration this will be solved in the process!
great tip!
does it also have dimension tool like in autocad?
