PHUKET TOWN HOTEL, what does $6 get you in THAILAND?

In recent times, accommodation prices in Phuket have increased a lot so when I walked past this hotel with an advertisement of 200 Baht (£5 GBP or $6 USD) in the window I decided to check it out.
What do you think of this hotel, would you stay here? Am I being too fussy with where I would stay?
Keen to hear your thoughts and if there's anywhere you've stayed for cheaper or better than this for the same price. Let me know in the comments!
I'm not saying this hotel is a bad place to stay, it just wasn't for me...

Agree, I could do that place for a night or two, if I was planning on being out most of the time and just using it as a place to crash at the end of the day. Couldn't stay there long term if you were taking things at a slower pace

I would stay there bargin 10 pound running water shower electric double bed got a laptop do tv not a issue did they have Wi-Fi if so yeah why not only if I was traveling alone tho
