Catholic Speaker, Fr Rob Galea, talks about Christian Modesty.
Fr Rob begins this video by describing modest as a inner attitude to elevate our dignity and that of others to what God has created us to be. Modesty can be reflected in the way we reason, use out time, money and talents and how we talk and dress.
Fr Rob uses scripture to explain how and why we express modesty in the way we dress. And the way our language and behaviour should always point people towards God, not to ourselves.

that was a good question, actually, because I do think it is not modest for a priest (or for anyone) to be showing his sexy muscles like that. I'm a gay guy, so that footage of you at the gym was a bit of a temptation for me. Forgive me, Father Rob, but I had to be honest. Please be careful about how you display your body and how much muscle you show.

Well he is covered, in t-shirt, showing his muscles, modestly. We can look good, dress modestly ,put make up on, have nice hair....etc... but its important not to adore those things as our adoration must be God. So its important to shine from inside with the presence of holly spirit and present our body modestly knowing that God gave us that body to serve God and putting God first infront of our adorations is the way to serve God. And by the way we should fight the demons inside us as they will lead us to being sexually attracted to people even when people are acting modestly. We all sin, we are all tempted and thats why its important to live in our catholic faith and stay faitful to Jesus and fight our demons each day.
