* Grated Ginger अदरक - 1 tbsp
* Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 3 to 4
* Asafoetida हींग - 2 pinch
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Red Chili Flakes लाल मिर्च फलैक्स - 1 tsp
* Aamchoor Powder आमचूर पाउडर - 1 tsp
* Red Chili Powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
* Rice flour चावल का आटा - 2 to 3 tbsp
* Chopped Coriander बारीक़ कटा हरा धनिया
* Chopped Onion कटा हुआ प्याज - 1
