This is one of the best tutorials of I Feel Fine on UA-cam Rob puts so much work into making difficult pieces achievable , his whole channel his a one stop guitar channel to move you on to the next level. No one deserves success on UA-cam more this guy.
👏👏👏 Bravo Rob!!! This is so great and fun and I would love to see more of these !!! Love your channel. Because of your channel, I start picking up my guitar hobby at the age of 64! It is so fun and easy with your idiot proof playing charts. I can learn it and play it right away without bothering with the sheets and tabs. What a great invention for the elderly learners like me. Thanks again for your great work! 🎉🎉🎉
Watching you teach is a pleasure. It’s always the mark of a great teacher when they make the teaching fun and interesting. It may be hard but the positivity some how seems to make it a bit easier. I understand that learning songs goes a long way in learning the guitar, but do you ever teach practice techniques and the exercises.
Thanks Rob. When I started playing golf my instructor told me that he could fix everything except what was in my own head . Funny how the guitar is the same
Another great lesson Rob , thanks , I’m loving learning the Beatles songs , I’m finding this one ok( for me to play ) but strange things is I still struggle doing the G chord using fingers 2 ,3&4, its me not practicing it enough ,but I’ll get it , just a matter of changing 3odd years of bad playing , thanks again
Hi Rob. Challenging stuff is good. Fecking frustrating when you can't quite get it but if you can't, you can't move on. Spurs me on to get past the frustation. I still keep muting on the riff but I'm getting closer. 👍
Much easier to play on my Epiphone ES-930J (Sorrento) electric. More challenging with the barre and stretch on the acoustic. A nice riff overall! Have had the Epi since about the mid-90s; bought it used for $225. I also have a Gibson “Dove” knock off from Japan, I bought new ($125) in the early 70s (Ventura). I like the Gibson type necks , at least for my hands. And now you know how long I’ve been enjoying guitar, while not advancing nearly enough! And I’m not a “spring chicken” any more. The Vox Apache Rob plays looks like fun. A bit pricey now though. Rob really helps me focus on new songs; his is a great channel!
Thanks Rob really enjoyed this lost my mojo not been on my guitar for two years due to storage issues we live on narrow boat. Also people pestering me to play nocked my confidence so stepped back. Have a guild acoustic guitar but seriously thinking about saving for a fender acoustasonic. Not everyone's cup of tea but maybe easier to store on the boat and best of both worlds electric and acoustic and practice with headphones. Just happened to find you on you tube, big Beatles fan and rekindled the fire, have saved this lesson thank you keep up the good work.
Hi Robb, thank you so much for this explanation, best tutorial I've seen on the tube for this song. Keep up the good work. suggestions for another tune would be " Old Brown Shoe " George Harrison wrote it I believe and also played the bass line so I'm told, which has fascinated me for years and I still can't play it properly!!! but I keep trying. All the best Robb
Can only do the intro on lead. Too much vibration and mute when doing the bar chords. D, C and G. Could you do a lesson on bar chords. Rob. Great video by the way..
if i couldent play a little i think it'd be way above my pay grade there's people who tell story's about how difficult it is john found the riff too easy acording to legend he was bouncing round showing the boys how easy it is to play well it ain't ..thanks robo from Glenn. n' Melissa...australia
Rob, you are a great teacher and your videos are superb, but maybe your younger viewers won’t know the song, and (heaven forbid) not even be aware of The Beatles!
I still think that you're the best teacher for guitar on UA-cam

Guild guitars are really good Jonathan. Get twanging!

Any chance you can let us know your amp settings to get that wonderful sound please.
Great, thank you. Now if I can only sing on key!
😂But the kettles on the boil and we're so easily called away!

I did a video on barre chords. Have a look at previous vids. 👍🏻
LIKE 153 😊
Would it be a mistake to try this on an acoustic (western) guitar?
Certainly not, as long as it looks nice (first and only rule of Music).

I don’t think I’ve got any younger viewers. 🤣
