Couldn't agree more.......something about the Viper just has such a fierce, strong appeal in a way the Corvette doesn't. One look at that Viper & it's intimidating.....the Vette doesn't give that off......the Vette is a bit of a different vibe....still a great car in itself. I'd think twice before approaching a Viper & to me that's a HUGE part of that car's appeal!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just a few hundred miles south of 140,000 miles on mine. Never a dull moment in a Viper. Very low production numbers make them a rare breed. Side note: the sport bar is NOT a roll bar. lol

It was never a truck engine, ever. The original 8L was developed with Lamborghini to get the aluminum casting right. Also the Gen2 you're showing has a power assisted clutch. Leave to documentaries to the professionals. Thanks.
