- Breann Mitchell here with a full-body strength workout. This workout will strengthen every part of your body and leave you burning calories for the rest of the day. Every exercise will last 30 seconds. I'll need you to have a pair of small dumbbells, and a pair of medium ones so we can switch. I guarantee you're going to enjoy this workout today. It's diverse and entertaining!
We'll start with a warm-up, then continue on to everything else. This includes squats and jumping jacks, along with inchworms and a few other moves. Today, let's start with big muscle groups, and end with small ones. We're going to get into some tricep push-ups later on, but don't be too intimated by these. Our warm-up will definitely help make this easier.
Since this workout is for time, the tempo is totally up to you. Go at whatever speed is most comfortable for you. You can always increase your speed with time.
