- Christine Bullock shows you a bikini workout to flatten your abs, tone your legs, and sculpt a sexy, sleek upper body. Feel free to do this all year around and not just when bikini season is near. Let’s start with some shoulder rolls, head rolls, and some cactus arms and knee bending. Stretches are important, so don’t be tempted to skip them.
I’m using very light weights, but if you prefer heavier dumbbells, feel free to do whatever works for you. We’re going to do several exercises here, including squat bicep curls. These are great for our thighs, arms, and booty. This isn't the last you’ll see of squats today, as we continue with some squat and twist combos. We’ll try to go a little lower with these each time.
Now, we’re going back to the squat biceps curls to really emphasize that burn. This is how you get that peach emoji booty, so if that’s what you want, stay strong! Your toned bikini body awaits!
