Muscle testing is a technique widely used in various holistic health practices, with additional uses for success in all areas of life. Through muscle testing, we can tap into the body's innate intelligence to address physical, mental, and emotional issues. Specific areas to explore include the nervous system, the organ systems, and energy meridians, or chakras. Beyond health, these same principles apply to personal development, decision-making, and goal achievement.
There are numerous techniques used in muscle testing, including manual muscle testing, such as the sway test or the interlocking finger method. Anyone can learn these techniques, and they can be practiced from home. Medical professionals use muscle testing in a similar way, by applying pressure the patient resists the pressure. In scientific terms, these practices are commonly known as applied kinesiology. Various forms of muscle testing are commonly used in holistic medical practices to evaluate the body's overall health, identify imbalances, and determine potential treatments.
The basic idea is that the truth is empowering and the lie is disempowering. So, when we speak truth, our muscles show strength or attraction, and when we speak lies, our muscles show weakness or resistance. There is ample evidence of this. In fact, even our eyesight is stronger when we speak truth, and weaker when we tell lies. The same power that rings true as "Yes" energy also resonates with comfort and strength and positivity. And the force that shows us "No" is dissonant, with discomfort, weakness, and negativity. This is how muscle testing enables us to see what's real and what's aligned for our highest good in life.
