I’m so lucky, my wife is these things she just described. I’m just a pool builder and a handyman, but when my wife sends me out in the mornings I feel like I can do anything and most importantly on the days I can’t do anything she loves me unconditionally and after 20 years she knows exactly when to intervene and when not to. She’s amazing! I see other men at work that have wives with these governed relationships where one wears the pants and the other is just a walking blob of darkness and it’s sad.

Facts, young women need to learn how to filter men and not assume every guy has their best interests at heart. I dated the warmest, most generous, kind hearted female my first year of college. On one of our first few dates she asked if she could have a jacket and blanket from my trunk. My group of friends would go to the beach a lot at night so I had quite a few blankets and jackets. She walked off with them and I didn’t want to leave her alone so I kept my distance but followed her. She gave the jacket and blanket to a homeless man we passed. She came back to the car and didn’t say a word. She didn’t know it but I was homeless for a year when I was 8-9. I absolutely adored her from that moment on. How many 17 year olds would be more concerned about a homeless man who might get cold than whatever is going on in their lives? I’ve never met anyone who appreciated anything I did for them as much as she did. . Nothing made me happier than doing things for her and seeing how excited and appreciative she always was. She did a lot of things for me as well. It was the best year of my life. I left for two years after that and I broke up with her, like an idiot. It has been 30 years and if she called me and said she needed anything I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. I think most women would be surprised how far we would go for someone who treats us with kindness, affection and positivity.

I was the kind of guy that would only have the prettiest, perfectly shaped woman on my arm. Then one day i met a woman that was over weight, nice looking but not actually pretty. She had the greatest personality, smart, and kind, of any woman i had ever met ... just lost of fun. Not being anything like i was used to, i fell head over heels for this lady. My friends & family couldnt understand it, but i really didnt care. She became the love of my life!

We’re out there for sure. Most of us are older with more traditional values, but there are younger versions of us everywhere.. but not so much in the US as in other countries. As man who has cheated, but not anymore. What changed in me was that fear of losing my spouse. I've never cheated on her (8 years together) but that responsibility and change came with experience and age. I'm 36 now and the idea of not having my best friend and companion next to me terrifies me, something that I wouldn't even think about when I was 20. Back then was; whatever I can always do better.
There's nothing you can do to stop cheating. You won't understand this but he loves you just the same. That other woman was sex only. He doesn't care about her one bit. Sounds crazy but he'll actually love you more. He will never leave you for her unless you're insufferable and fat.
If he cheated, he doesn't love you, there is no other option. If you love someone, you don't go for actions that will break the person's heart and soul, completely aware, on purpose. That is no love. Many women have had bad experiences with men taking advantage of them, taking them for granted and cheating with the “flashier” woman. I thought with my ex that maybe I was too kind, too supportive, and gave him too much of the benefit of the doubt. I swore off men for a few years after my divorce and was prepared to be alone forever because I finally had peace in my life after a rough marriage. Now, I have the most wonderful masculine man in my life. He loves my kindness, empathy, my soft ways, my sensuality, and he thinks I’m hot. He brings me peace and vice versa. He provides, protects, has empathy, compassion and is in touch with his emotions. He is strong and self aware. He doesn’t try to control me and I don’t try to control him. I really love this man. We bring each other peace. So, I think you have to find the right man and the man has to find the right woman. His past relationships were with women who were not kind. We appreciate each other so much.

@@truerosie Not agreeing or disagreeing with you but I find that a very large percentage of women who enter the workforce after couple of years trend down the road of want to start a family. Their job then becomes the lower priority when their kids enter the picture. Most jobs (that pay decently) have a high level of stress and take up a lot of time. If you've worked for even a year or two think about it logically, when given the option most people would much prefer staying home when the alternative is slaving away at a job. Those who are willing to slave away for the next 30-40 years of their life with a 2 week break a year so that their significant other doesn't is admirable imo.
All men cherish the act of appreciation from their loved ones. They come home from a long day of work oftentimes working with hateful colleagues and all they want is the kindness and appreciation of their love ones. We are simple creatures; that’s all we need to sustain us.

Peace is all we want. I love cooking so I usually take care of that (my wife already cooks and prepares food all day for our two kids, so the least thing I can do is dinner), cleaning is a shared chore, especially if you two have children. I started in construction with my dad when I was 15 years old and havent stopped since. We work 12 hour days, and between 5-7 days a week. And let me tell you....I'm so happy to go home and help my wife with whatever I can. What she does is twice as hard as what I do. There's absolutely no question about that. I literally just want to go home, see my kids, talk to my wife to make sure she's doing okay and if there's anything specific she wants help with, then go off to do whatever chores are left and make some dinner, play some COD and then watch movies on the couch while savagely stuffing snacks down my throat. I dated the warmest, most generous, kind hearted female my first year of college. On one of our first few dates she asked if she could have a jacket and blanket from my trunk. My group of friends would go to the beach a lot at night so I had quite a few blankets and jackets.
She walked off with them and I didn’t want to leave her alone so I kept my distance but followed her. She gave the jacket and blanket to a homeless man we passed. She came back to the car and didn’t say a word. She didn’t know it but I was homeless for a year when I was 8-9. I absolutely adored her from that moment on. How many 17 year olds would be more concerned about a homeless man who might get cold than whatever is going on in their lives?
I’ve never met anyone who appreciated anything I did for them as much as she did. . Nothing made me happier than doing things for her and seeing how excited and appreciative she always was. She did a lot of things for me as well.

Humans are hopeless in communicating and as a 61 year old, it amazes me to see that how more the technology grew, up to everybody owning a cellphone that can measure your quality of sleeping, the less the ability to thoroughly communicate, or so it seems. I worked in the healthcare system for a long time and even on that level of communicating between doctors and their staff, a lot of misunderstandings and faults were just down to NOT listening or leaving out important information.

What changed in me was that fear of losing my spouse. I've never cheated on her (8 years together) but that responsibility and change came with experience and age. I'm 36 now and the idea of not having my best friend and companion next to me terrifies me, something that I wouldn't even think about when I was 20. Back then was; whatever I can always do better.

Too many times all that kindness loyalty and support .... is only going in ONE direction. Ask how many kids would tell you that their parents broke up because their "DAD" was angry and abusive and violent ... compared to their mom. Look at the percentage of inmates that are Male and compared to Women, how many commit violent crimes, how many have physically abused their spouse ....and how many have "cheated" repeatedly on their spouse.

Many women have had bad experiences with men taking advantage of them, taking them for granted and cheating with the “flashier” woman. I thought with my ex that maybe I was too kind, too supportive, and gave him too much of the benefit of the doubt. I swore off men for a few years after my divorce and was prepared to be alone forever because I finally had peace in my life after a rough marriage. Now, I have the most wonderful masculine man in my life. He loves my kindness, empathy, my soft ways, my sensuality, and he thinks I’m hot. He brings me peace and vice versa. He provides, protects, has empathy, compassion and is in touch with his emotions. He is strong and self aware. He doesn’t try to control me and I don’t try to control him. I really love this man. We bring each other peace. So, I think you have to find the right man and the man has to find the right woman. His past relationships were with women who were not kind. We appreciate each other so much.

If a male wants a high value wife then they also need to be a high value man. @@truerosie Not agreeing or disagreeing with you but I find that a very large percentage of women who enter the workforce after couple of years trend down the road of want to start a family.
Their job then becomes the lower priority when their kids enter the picture. Most jobs (that pay decently) have a high level of stress and take up a lot of time. If you've worked for even a year or two think about it logically, when given the option most people would much prefer staying home when the alternative is slaving away at a job. Those who are willing to slave away for the next 30-40 years of their life with a 2 week break a year so that their significant other doesn't is admirable imo.

Peace is all we want. I love cooking so I usually take care of that (my wife already cooks and prepares food all day for our two kids, so the least thing I can do is dinner), cleaning is a shared chore, especially if you two have children.
I started in construction with my dad when I was 15 years old and havent stopped since. We work 12 hour days, and between 5-7 days a week. And let me tell you....I'm so happy to go home and help my wife with whatever I can. What she does is twice as hard as what I do. There's absolutely no question about that.
I literally just want to go home, see my kids, talk to my wife to make sure she's doing okay and if there's anything specific she wants help with, then go off to do whatever chores are left and make some dinner, play some COD and then watch movies on the couch while savagely stuffing snacks down my throat. Lol
Not to take away from us bros, but god damn lets also make sure our women are alright too. Communication, understanding and helping each other is literally peace for the both of you.

My mom was one of those women. My dad was a very lucky man, and he knew it.
