The Cuba on 12 MHz is a harmonic from their 6 MHz transmitter.

11860 kHz buzzing is a defective Saudi transmitter not jamming.

Could that database be out of date? Lots of incorrect info, it seems. Then again, sometimes these folks just fire up on whatever frequency they can get out with.

I had heard that they keep up with the schedules that are available on eibispace.de I emailed the site to see if I could get an answer. I'll let you know if they respond to me.

I received the following email to my question of how current are the listings for shortwavedb.org
      "Thank you for the feedback.
The schedules are very up-to-date. I try to update them as the maintainers of various databases that I draw upon are updated. The main/home page lists when each of the three database was last updated.
Please note that I do not compile any of the schedules myself, I draw upon other sources and try to make it in an easier to read format. The links section also has a link to the three different databases that I use if you ever wanted to go straight to the original source."
