Even as a Purdue fan, I have to admit that MSU probably has the most B.A. fight song in the Big Ten, if not the country. Good luck in football and basketball this year!
When you play us in football. It should be a pretty terrible day to be a spartan and when you play us in basketball it will most likely be an extremely depressing day to be a Spartan and you guys will loose at least half your fans to Michigan. GO BLUE AND F GREEN
I graduated in the class of 22. It seems like my time there was so short. But so rich and full of meaning. They really had a bit of stuff for everyone. I am a farm kid from a. Farm family, so I loved their ag groups. I also was interested in property law, and their law community was amazing. I got a great education, academically. I also got involved in Christian groups to socialize and have fun. But they also had huge frats and party scenes for those that wanted to go nuts every weekend. There was stuff for people of every walk of life. There was a large community for sporty people. Large community for progressive kids, that were wanting to advocate for change, etc. MSU was in my opinion STILL great - and that’s coming from a farm, ag guy, who is more traditional. Why is MSU still a great school to spend your youth at? Because they had something for everybody. It was the REAL world. In the real world you’re not going to be coddled. You have to make choices between being a frat guy that has wild weekends, but doesn’t get into law school, or studying hard and getting ahead. In real life, there really are people from every walk of life - and I had to make a choice to decide for myself, just what kind of man I wanted to be. I chose to live the humble, yet fun college life, I joined the MSU skeet shooting team and the Club football team (what did I tell you, a farm kid) and I ignored the drug scene, and made real friends that I still call every week, even though I’m now in law school. MSU is great because they have something for everyone. Name it, and they have it. If you want to join the Jewish law student community, you can, and if you want to chug kegs of beer while having millions of topless girls, you can. What do you want out of your college experience? It forced me to choose between a bad life and a good life. I think that although getting blasted every night would’ve been fun, it would’ve hurt my future. I was able to get a 90% ride to law school, just because of my grades and MSU’s good name and my lsat score! But that decision of what kind of person you want to be is one we all must make in real life. I believe I chose well, since I still had plenty of extracurriculars (playing football and skeet) and making friends (Christian youth group), but still prioritizing grades first and working in case hall every weekend to get a bit of extra ramen noodle money, haha. MSU has something for you too - I guarantee it. And it has a pretty darn good education too. From a rather traditional guy - I love MSU. Class of 22. I will sing my love for alma mater. And thy praises MSU. Go green.
Rachel blue, I'm a huge Wolverine fan. The only reason MSU thinks they're better than everybody else is because THEY ARE BETTER THAN EVERYBODY ELSE !!! (at least for the past year and a half in the BIG 10).

I got introduced to MSU at an early age because my dad went to State, in the 60s, during the glory years of MSU football. I wish I would have gone to State but I just could not turn down Stanford. However, although I am not an MSU grad, I am still their biggest fan. See you guys in Tempe Arizona, go State!

I just think MSU's is underrated for how great of a fight song it is and gets overshadowed but the other fight songs, when it should be considered just as great as them (along with Hail Purdue of course). And yes, Purdue does suck. In other news, water is wet.
