Queen started as what you would call as metal/progressive/majestic. Listen to their first 4 albums.

Nice job on the review. You missed two songs Bijou and Those Were Days Of Our Lives. Bijou is one of Brian May's best solos. Queen was always a very experimental band with a lot of different sounds on their albums, while their singles were sometimes more safe. As a Queen fan I think Innuendo is a really great album. Freddie Mercury's doctors did not think he would make it past 1989. The album was a bonus, Freddie was very, very sick at this point. For some songs he only did 3 vocal takes. With Queen material you always have to realize that different songs are written by different members. But at this time Queen decided to share the writing credits so that everyone could earn an equal amount.
    - Innuendo is a great song it has 5 different sections just like Bohemian Rhapsody, Queen has few of these types of songs, it was mostly written by Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor added some lyrics. This was a no.1 hit. The song instantly went to no.1 upon it's release, and it is slightly longer then Bohemian Rhapsody. There is also a good message in the song. The Spanish guitar was played by Steve Howe. He was the first and only person outside of Queen to play guitar on a Queen track.
    - I Am Going Slightly Mad was written by Freddie Mercury. He wrote the song because he was fearful that he might get dementia from Aids medications. At the time medication for Aids were not great, so this was a justifiable fear. But in typical Freddie Mercury fashion he added humour to a bad situation. Personally I would say this song has a very psychedelic rock vibe. Freddie sung this in his lower register instead of his usually high register. It adds to the idea that everything in the song is upside down. The music video for this is great.
    - Headlong is a rocker written by Brian May for his solo album originally.
    - I Can't Live Without You - was also written by Brian May for a solo album.
    - Don't Try So Hard - Written by Freddie Mercury. Is one of the most beautiful songs on this album. It was done with mixed voice not falsetto. Freddie Mercury's voice was losing strength at this time. He could barely stand, to record a lot of this material. This advice from a dying man. This song actually has very interesting sections that sounds very similar to some progressive rock of today. You can hear some of those sounds in Tool for example.
    - Ride The Wild Wind - Was written by Roger Taylor, anything with car sounds is usually Roger. A lot of singing is done in the lower register.
    - All Gods people - Was written by Freddie Mercury and Mike Moran for his solo operatic album Barcelona. Freddie Mercury did the highest chest note of his career on this song at F#5.
    - Delilah - This song was an indulgence for Freddie Mercury as a dying man, it was about his favorite cat. Roger Taylor hated the song, he refused to play drums on it.
    - The Hitman - Is basically just a straight up rocker, it is quite metal actually. The riff was written by Freddie Mercury the rest of the song was completed by John Deacon.
    - The Show Must Go On - Is very well known to be written by Brian May, he wrote the song about Freddie's condition. But the song deals with his own own feeling about the situation. By this time Freddie had already accepted that he was a dying, he was just happy to have more time to record. Freddie did all of the highest notes in one take, after taking a shot of vodka.
    - Bijou - You have to listen to this, it is incredibly beautiful - ua-cam.com/video/9P9e-y16qHE/v-deo.html. It is one of Brian May's best solos, but the song was written by Freddie Mercury.
    - These Are The Days Of Lives - Is a great and very moving song. It is the last time Freddie Mercury appeared on camera for the video of this song. The song was written by Roger Taylor about his children and liFe, but the song worked very well for Freddie Mercury's condition. ua-cam.com/video/oB4K0scMysc/v-deo.html. It is one of the best songs Roger has ever written. The song was released as a double single with Bohemian Rhapsody after Freddie Mercury's death.
Freddie Mercury's singing is impeccable on this album, there are a lot of very difficult songs to sing such as Innuendo (check out a cover from Queensryche and you will understand), I Can't Live Without You, Don't Try So Hard, All Gods People, The Hitman and The Show Must Go On. All of these songs are really difficult. The Show Must Go On was a no. 5 hit for Queen in the UK exactly a month before Freddie Mercury's death.
Yes, Muse has definitely copied a lot from Queen's sound. But to be fair a lot of people have copied elements from Queen, even Metallica has copied a few riffs.

Thank you for putting in the amount of time and effort that went into this comment! I learned a lot of interesting facts: especially that Delilah was about Mercury's cat, that cleared up a lot. I recorded a full reaction to the entire album including Bijou. I agree that the solo was fantastic but overall it didn't illicit much of an interesting reaction from me so I cut it and other songs to keep a brisker pace in the video. I've considered releasing the full versions of my reactions but they would probably get claimed here. I could release a version with all of the songs but with sections cut out. If that is of interest to you please let me know and I'll consider posting them! Regardless at some point I'll probably post the full versions on a platform where they won't get claimed. Have a great day sir :)

13:47 Fun thing: The demo to “I’m going slightly mad actually said “totally bonkers”.
I guess this album is kinda weird, but I love it

I didn't find out until after that he was dying during the recording, I thought it came on suddenly. I just remembered hearing that the news broke of his aids a couple days before he passed away.

I don't like cutting of songs and skipping parts.
You missed soooo much and skipping songs.😈
I have listened to queen so many times, but I have never forwarded songs. Each bit is important.
On the top of that Freddie was already DYING.
You don't react to album at all!
    Innuendo is masterpiece.
DON'T EVER CUT BRIAN SOLO. This shouldn't be allowed.
