Shadnagar near JP Darga present price is 13k to 14k per yard@ its very sensible decision to invest there..just 20 mins from Shamshad airport and upcoming RRR also. Also, as sir said,..always invest lesser amounts and gain higher returns.. I have a big investment in shadnagar JP darga area..sure within 5yrs it will be real boom.

High rise buildings in hyd is very dangerous because are infrastructure is not up to our standard. Roads are narrow plus are drainage system is very bad so in hyd only ground plus 4 is advisable.
