    What i have felt:
    1. Tension at my neck that was for a year just decreased... i can move my neck
    2. The lightest i have ever been
    3. Calm... smiling 😊😊

    This was my first time. I am sure over time and the next 28 days a lot will shift and I get more flutend and better with the moves.

    Day 1 for me. This felt really great. During the first total twist my shoulders felt very tight, could be I was hugging my self so tightly lol. The second twist felt much looser. The spinal decompression was my favorite. Looking forward to seeing how my body feels by day 28. Thank you for the lesson.

    Just completed this and I feel so much better mentally and physically. I didn’t sleep well, (missed regular bedtime!) what I loved is I have more breath and awareness of feeling taller? I was glad for the proper instructions per left and right maneuvers. ❤so glad ~ I will repeat this every day! I did the 15 minute reset in the spring. This is a life exercise for breath!!!! And mental health.

    Lesson 5 , one day reset, just starting, I couldn't get up from the squat with my hands on the back of my head so i had to help a little with them on the ground ,i am sure will improve with practice, amazing body work ,ty

    Nice to get a new version of the Basic Stress Reset, for some variety. The original is energetic and clear, this one is soothing and reassuring as well. I enjoy that a lot. I will be coming back to this and now have an option to choose depending on my mood. Yey!

    Thank you. First time done. Not perfectly but sweating. I clearly felt how uneven are my hips joints.
    And: my body had afterwards a surprised kind of energy. 😅

    Hi, My very first time.. I could not continue from the point of 5:33, where we turned to the left. My right knee was jamming into my left and the left got too painful.. I couldn’t keep up. Also breathing and the pelvic lock might not have been perfect at all times.
    Needs more practice. 😅
    Will try again tomorrow.
    Did feel good after.. I had a stiff neck for few days, that released for most part.

    When we did the initial cross over exercise I would sometimes get electric like shocks down my right arm. I'm not sure if I'm pressing somewhere weird.

    Very nice, only I've got big thighs and couldn't get my legs crossed that good and my feet were extremely painful in the middle inner side..
    Do you know if that's linked to the legs not crossing that well?..
    The high and cloudy part I felt realy good, so maybe I do did it right?
    Thanks for making this possible btw! I've been seeking long for something like this! Maybe it will truly help me this time ❤
